We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Really lovely hostel, owners are helpful and kind and really give it a homey feel (it is their home!). Lots of common areas & very nice kitchen, we did a lot of cooking. Very clean. Owners provided great recommendations about the island we never would have found on our own. I particularly loved the sweet dog. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a chill spot on chiloe.

I needed a place to spend a few hours beforw my bus to Santiago at 6 pm, on a Sunday when all the libraries and most cafes were closed. They were very helpful and let me stay there the whole day and do my work. The place is clean and 20 minutes walk from the major attractions in Castro, and next to the palafitos. Highly recommend.

The hostel itself is very clean, the beds are really comfortable, bathrooms are nice and the kitchen is really excellent. It has everything you need in abundance and the equipment is clean and modern. I highly recommend people stay here in Castro.

The bed was comfy,there is availability to use the kitchen wherever you want and it is nearby to restaurants and the city center in a very quiet neighbourhood. Marcos and his partner make you feel at home with their attention, welcoming you with real warm southern style.

Marco recommended bus companies, let me use his phone to contact tour guides, and drove me at 5 am to the bus station. Most out going host that do all they can to make sure you are safe and comfortable.
