Great rooms, nice and quiet at night and staff were very friendly and helpful

Bed sheets initially weren't the best, but after talking to staff they changed them and it was Great

Very good location close to the city centre, great price, helpful staff. The room was spacious and there were a lot of common areas.

The common areas are not heated and if you come in winter it is a bit cold in the evening

We had difficulties regulating the temperature of the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. We didn't ask for advice though. The kitchen could have a bigger pan.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are welcoming. Our room (3) was spacious and the beds were comfortable and warm. The separate toilets and showers allocated to each room were cleaned every day. The shower was always hot. There are tables to sit at or settees to relax in. The shared kitchen with big fridge was good. The location is perfect. Quiet but still only 6 minutes walk from main square. 15 minutes walk to main bus terminal for regular buses to Calama for airport. 5000 pesos each instead of 20,000 pesos each for a transfer .

Room too small if you have one suitcase each.

The kitchen facilities are good. The staffs are friendly and kind. The accomodation has quite places for chilling, perfect for hiding from the heat. We also like the location, nearby from the center but also quiet for you to rest.

The bathroom is private, but it is outside the room.

Excellent location: only about a 7-10 minute walk to the Main Street of Caracoles, so peaceful at night. Comfortable bed (I had booked the triple), and quite spacious. Elvira who greeted me was quite lovely and accommodating, and offered me an option of another triple instead of the middle room I picked (2). Immaculate in bathrooms and showers. No issue with hot water save for the final night when it was a bit chilly. Excellent WiFi for video and photo upload. Also lovely outdoor, shaded space to sit and chill.

It’s quite fresh and pleasant in the AM and evening but stuffy during the afternoon (when I came back after an AM tour to charge my phone). Could do with a fan. No outlets by the bed although there is an extension cable.

The staff were so lovely! Very quiet home in a nice quiet area. Great full kitchen with tea, coffee, pots and oil. They let us park our car behind the gated fence. Beds were comfortable.

A fan in the room would help make it even better :)

Really nice property with large and clean rooms. Really quiet at night for a good sleep before your tours. Well equipt kitchen and clean bathrooms. Large common areas. Well located for tour pickups and a short walk from the main street. Really friendly staff.

The shower could be a little temperamental with the hot water but its a minor problem.

A great condo for a family of three with kitchen and living area in the 1st floor and bedroom upstairs, Clean and comfortable. A great stay!

The owner was attentive and contacted and responded to our questions.

The room was really awful. Broken shower head, unclean bedding and linens, only one bath towel each (no face towel or bath mat). No coffee or tea. Overpriced.

Clean and good location close to the center of the village

This place is more like an airbnb than a hostel. There is no reception, and when I arrived there was nobody there to let me in. When I returned an hour later I had to knock on the door again for ten minutes before finally someone showed up to check me in. There was no hot water in the shower. At some point the key got stuck in the lock of my door, and since there was no staff to help me out I was unable to leave until checking out... Not comfortable

Nothing, everything was above expectations

Realised what is a private bathroom but outside your room! The bathrooms are located outside the rooms and are separated, marked your room number, and you must go to the one with your room no. It's clean! The room is comfortable and the common area is big with tables!

It's a bit far away from the Main Street.
