This property far exceeded our expectations. The photos really don’t do the place justice. The grounds are beautifully curated, the accommodation tastefully arranged & the staff exceptionally lovely. Not only do we wish we stayed longer but we are already talking about our next visit. Big thanks to our host Daniel from reception who helped us arrange things and gave great local advice. Additionally Nancy from the housekeeping team who delivered our breakfast to the cabin each day.

Everything was great.

Felt immediately relaxed - despite a long journey- thanks to Daniele’s welcome and the beautiful location. The pool and gardens are gorgeous. Breakfast is delivered to your room - for you to enjoy outside in your own private garden. It’s just a few minutes walk into the centre of the village where there are some nice shops and restaurants, but you can also eat at the hotel (great pizza on the main terrace). This is a real gem in the Elqui valley. Customer service was brilliant: Daniele even organised for a left-behind pair of glasses to be delivered to our next accommodation. So helpful. We also really enjoyed the on site observatory talk/tour: got a close look at a nearly full moon. Thank you to all - for such a lovely experience.

A great spot in the Elqui Valley. Lovely, quiet, comfortable. Beautiful rooms. Peaceful pool. Telescope on-site. Great recommendations from the staff. Pizzaria was delicious.

Fantastic lush property with full serviced bungalows. Breakfast at the Cabin is perfect. Location, nature blend and walking distance from Pisco Elqui Centre are ideal. Property manager is helpful and hospitable. Truly distinctive and exotic property with everything you need to feel exceptional.

It was perfect nothing we didn’t like!

Everything! It was beautiful, unique and comfortable. There was everything you could want and need. The staff were so friendly and they went above and beyond. The pool area and surroundings were stunning. We didn’t want to leave!

Please do not water decorative grass in an area prone to droughts.

It was not as nice as I expected based on the photos. For example, the bathroom shown in the pictures looks very nice and modern, even a little luxurious, but ours was quite old and run-down. The duvet cover had some staining. Everything functioned, but it was just not what I anticipated based on photos and other reviews. I don’t know if all of the units are like this. We were in four person cabaña, as it was the only one available for our whole stay. If the pictures had set the correct expectations, I think I would have been quite happy with the place.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, in spite of our inability to speak much Spanish. They were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the terrace was pleasant, and the large windows were very nice. It was lovely to have breakfast delivered to the cabaña every morning.

Parking was sometimes difficult but was resolved and was secure and good (included in price). Sometimes several of the children made the pool noisy.

Great breakfast, quite place, nice pool, really nice overall. Beautiful place and the room were spacious, air conditioner and ventilator worked. Great place.

A bit of a walk from the town centre but that does add to the serenity! Had to pay the IVA (tax) despite being foreigners - apparently because we didn't book directly and the payment was taken prior to arrival. This made the overall cost higher than expected.

The cabin was spacious with a very comfortable bed and huge bathroom with a double shower. Very private and peaceful. The pool area is beautiful and the view is amazing. Very good breakfast delivered to the room! If you're looking for a high quality accommodation in a peaceful setting you won't be disappointed.

The room was too small for four adults. The bedding had yellow stains. The main disappointment was that no facilities, except the pool, were open (the observatory, restaurant and bar were all closed) despite being advertised as open.

The pool was amazing as were the grounds, gardens and views.
