We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandWe were there when it was rainy so the room was cold and raw and the electric heater was getting turned off during the day. The food was nice but also had a gnarly dish.
Amazing location on the ocean. Quick access to an amazing surfing venue. Some trails. Great soaking baths with views on the ocean. Great food! Nice sleeping arrangement. Nice breakfast

What a nice relaxing stay at beautiful Ruka Ecolodge. The staff was very nice, the food at the restaurant delicious and the views of the beach fantastic. Highly recommend if in the area to stay here.

SpainThe wifi connection is not very good.. we ended up using our mobile prepaid internet as a hotspot. We also think that breakfast not being available before 9 am is a bit inconvenient. For us 7:30 or 8:00 latest would be preferable..
The hotel is very nice with beautiful views and very friendly staff. But the best part of this hotel is the restaurant. Amazing food, especially the fresh fish and seafood. In my opinion the very best ceviche in the world (and I have 40+ years of experience) is served here. But also vegetarian and meat dishes are wonderful, prepared with TLC.. (TenderLovingCare) we will be back!
