We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The property is a little hard to find if you are not using google loc. but it's Atacma right ? so if you are a "chicken like guy for organised voyage with a tour" (in this case, no wonder, tour guide will get you to an "american like hotel"), if not, and if you are like us, discovering the real atacama, talking with people and walking by yourself, this hotel is for you, the owner is a very nice person and the staff is lovely.... I would get back again anytime!

United StatesSpa was under maintenance and could not be used. The hotel was 10min drive out of town and it was difficult and a little expensive ($5-10usd each way) to get a taxi into town. Also, none of the tours would pick us up from to hotel because it was too far out of town.

United StatesThis hotel was way outside of town on the worst road I've ever been on. The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller. The wifi was slow and only available outside at a single table.
We like the owner and staff. The breakfasts were very good with fresh fruit. A lovely basset hound named Roberta was ever present.

IrelandWorst location ever. No tours stop there. Difficult to find a cab that accepts to go in the evening. We had to walk till there at 9pm and we were almost attacked by a bunch of dogs that followed us. We had to cancel and asked to wave the fee, but they didn’t accept. Also, if you don’t use credit card, they charge you 12% extra. Honestly, I would avoid this one.
Comfortable room. That’s all.

NorwayThere is no spa facility but a small and cold swimming pool, so the name can be misleading. There can be mosquitoes at night.
