How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing special, maybe the out door look was a little tricky to open and close. But when you got the trim it was ok
Place was clean. Good breakfast, self service. Close to airport, with Uber I payed 9600 peso to the airport. Small shop close as well some fast food places Nice garden to relax

Neighborhood was close to the airport, but not exactly one you'd want to visit as a tourist.
The host was incredibly kind and accomodating. Tasty breakfast, free coffee. What was there not to like? They even let me do my laundry there.

The local dog chorus (barking ) can get going at any time and although it did not worry me, if you were particularly sensitive to that type of noise, ear plugs would be useful. Not an issue at all but be aware that the property will try and contact you on WhatsApp before arrival so they can arrange to greet you on arrival. There are a couple of locked gates and doors to get through initially and it makes good sense to be greeted on arrival to allow the initial access.
A very warm and friendly greeting by Olga who spoke good English started a very comfortable stay. I used this facility as a stopover between international flights and the property provide excellent facilities for self-catering including access to the kitchen and some basic food items which was ideal when arriving late and needed a late snack. Served my purposes ideally as a stopover spot to rest and relax before my next flights and relatively close to the airport. Highly recommended for a stop over between flights.

Everything was great, no ideas what could be better. :)
The owner is extremely friendly a helpful and she waited for me in front of the door at 11.30pm. I loved the hotel - the owner takes care of every detail. Everything is clean, well organized, great common spaces, nice rooms. Self served breakfast was one of the best during my stay in Chile. The price is very friendly. Location is fine, only 10 minutes by Uber from the airport. Really a great experience far above my expectation.

The bed was nice and comfortable, but had a mattress that was a bit lumpy and out of shape. That I had to leave.
Breakfast was an amazing and delicious array of fruits as well as plenty of cereals, coffee and cheese, when I was there. I didn't notice much meat , like ham or salami though. The avocados were perfect and so many! They had nectarines which were perfect too and the most gelicious I have ever tasted! Breakfast is a real and healthy treat. The room I had was on the ground floor and I had to walk a little bit to the bathroom, which is halfway to the kitchen, but there was plenty of hot water and had sensible adjustable pressure. The owner was a very kind and helpful woman from Colombia.

So lovely!!! Bright breezy and so clean! I loved the garden sitting areas and the hosts were fabulous and so friendly - happy to let me check in early and assist at 2am when I accidentally locked myself out heading airport! Great breakfast options, very comfortable rooms . Wonderful stay . Thankyou

This was the cosiest and most homey stay I had on my trip. Self-serve breakfast had everything you could want and the rooms were simple but super comfy. All the hang out areas were so cute as well. Very convenient distance from the airport too.

I have no comments to be honest. I just spent a night in this place and Olga and Willy, the owners, were fantastic hosts. They will make you feel at home.
I just stayed for a night. The location is close to the airport. Breakfast was good, with a variety of things to eat and drink. Good enough.

We chose this place as it's close to the airport. We were hoping to take the bus but it didn't operate on weekends so kind of defeated purpose... but not bad if you take Uber or cab. Closer than staying in the city center.
The owners were really friendly and helpful! Breakfast is good.

We actually didn't stay here because the host whatsapped us that the hostel had some problems, so they transferred us to another hostel. The hostel we stayed was good and not really far away.
