Great family run hotel! Facility is beautiful overlooking the water. We stayed in a Superior double room which was spacious with a very comfortable king bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was also very good with nice selection of meats, fresh fruit, juices, rolls, yogurts, and eggs cooked to your choice. We had three dinners at the restaurant and they were extremely tasty and we'll prepared. Far superior to the three meals we had at different restaurants in the city of Puerto Natales. The family is extremely accommodating and also helped us plan outings to Torres del Paine. All I can say is we just loved this hotel and all members of the family. I highly recommend staying here--you won't regret it!!

Everything was simply perfect. The hotel itself is amazingly beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from and we highly recommend having dinner at the hotel as well! One of my favourite hotels of all time!

It could have more facilities to make this an exceptional 5 star hotel, given there is land to build. Example, a spa.

The service, interiors and views were top notch. It is like a boutique hotel, very clean, very accommodating and everything was simple but with the highest of care and quality taken. We especially liked that they accommodated our super early breakfast and late dinner schedules.

Hotel Simple Patagonia is an amazing place to stay for a night or a week! Highly recommend this hotel as a way to relax and soak in the beauty of Puerto Natales and its surroundings before or after visiting Torres del Paine National Park. Views - calm, tranquil and comfortable sitting areas - we especially loved the “glass house” feeling of the room next to the restaurant - complete with yoga mats and rocking chairs. Restaurant - dinner menu included a good variety of starters and entrees and amazing dessert. Breakfast was continental style with eggs to order. Fresh, natural juice and local honey was a standout. Rooms - true to the hotel’s name, the elegant yet very simple design places emphasis on the natural beauty of the setting. The rooms had everything we needed. Staff - extremely warm, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel “at home” even before arriving. We were able to drop off our extra bags before embarking on the W trek; bags were waiting in the room for us when we checked in. When our estancia visit was canceled due to weather, the staff went out of their way to help us craft a “plan B” for our last day in Patagonia.

Great boutique hotel just outside Puerto Natales. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious, simple, big, and very comfortable. The main cabin is a great place to hang around, drink a glass of wine and enjoy the views through the giant windows. Breakfast is truly great with endless fresh options to choose from. Dinner was the best we had in Chile during our entire stay. Be sure to have it if you stay in this hotel.

Short drive to town so needed car for transportation which we had.

Loved the location and the view. Convenient to dock for navigation to La Peninsula. Staff and host were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great use of reclaimed material architecturally designed for site.

We loved Hotel Simple. The location is amazing - close to town but still quiet and secluded with a really spectacular view. The property itself is stunning. Beautifully designed to capture light and the views, and to bring nature right to you. Our room was lovely - really well appointed - comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was sensational as was our dinner at the restaurant. The food was fantastic. And the team at the hotel were welcoming, personable and engaging. We had a really wonderful stay.
