Property its very nice, unbeatable location. Unfortunately a tornado past a few weeks before our stay so some damage was still visible but repairs were almost complete. Excellent heating and shower. Very nice and friendly staff.

Rooms are overall ok, good size, but need some renovation... the carpet and the mattress.

This is one of the best options if you're looking for a nice room/view in a good location and a tasty well-assorted breakfast, all for the right price. There's nothing else in the hotel, just these three crucial elements of any stay. Very friendly staff. Good room size, nice views!

Noise insulation was lacking, we had to sleep through our neighbors' TV and voices. The bathroom had no way of ventilation so steam would fill it after showering.

Nice room, great location and a very friendly staff. The restaurant was pretty good as well, and the breakfast was amazing. In general, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Evening waiters slow to get our food and waited a while to pay and get our change.

nothing all was great

I like the spaciousness of the room. The neighbourhood was excellent, lot of restaurants nearby, very safe and serene. A nice addition was that every day you would get a chocolate in your room. Option to have a breakfest box when you had an early trip.

Only Chilean plugs can be used in the whole hotel, the EU default plugs won't work.

About 5 mins walk to the city centre in a residential area up the hill. Very close to the Cruce Andino start point. The hotel is nice, good view, comfortable and they kindly packed our breakfast since we left before the 7:30am. Great value for money.

I felt the price was a bit much for the night. Clearly trying to capitalize on a special event. Wish they had a simply pool side food menu that was more appetizer type.

For the purpose of watching the fireworks in New Years Eve, the location was amazing. They had a rooftop with open views. Property is in a nice neighborhood with some shops and easy access to a funicular to reach the city center. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is sitting on a hill and overlooking Volcano Osorno from the window. I can’t get tired of watching the mountains and the town behind it during the day. The room is quite spacious, and beds are so comfortable. The heating keeps the room warm. A short walk to the town center and the Ilanquihue Lakeshore.

We wished the receptionist were better trained to give precise information about where to get money changed and bus timetables.

Centrally located hotel, good to reach restaurants and public transport. Very quiet towards outside noise, but the door to the corridor is not well insulated and we were woken up by a noise brasilian group leaving at 6am one morning. The views out of the very big windows would be towards the volcanos Osorno/Cabulco, if it weren't that they clouded over during our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was very good. Breakfast has a lot to offer from fruits, lots of different cakes, scrambled eggs and bacon, though the coffee could have been stronger. The breakfast tables are in an open space next to reception and it was a bit cold due to the entrance door to the hotel being open. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Bring earplugs. Some other guests had been out drinking and were very loud getting to their rooms.

Comfortable beds, very nice, professional staff. Found a very good cab driver that we used our entire trip. Breakfast and lunch good. Very easy (1 block) walk down to Plaza de armis. Definitely would stay there again.
