The staff were amazing

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, we let the staff know and they were super helpful and moved us to a bigger room. The bed was not very comfortable.

Breakfast was very good. Spacious rooms. Great location.

The room was big and comfortable with small kitchenette. The only thing that would be nice is to have more than one glass, one plate and one set of cutlery per person. Breakfast was ok, although a bit strange that we couldn't take things on our own. We had to go to the table with breakfast options and ask staff to put it on our plate.

The exterior may not matter as much as what is inside. Modern updated bathroom with German technology, a wonderfully humane team of staff at the front desk and rooftop bar-restaurant, kudos to the back-of-the house for the food quality and presentation and a gentle soul of the bar men! The location depicts Santiago city with the CBD(central business district), red light area, museums, parks, cathedrals, shopping all within walking distance - exciting! Museo La Merced is a “must” and it was accomplished within a beautiful day. The 2 cathedral we visited did not dissapoint, the parks nearby met my best friend’s/dog’s expectations and the abundance of coffee shops and restaurants with a Sunday feria is only within a 20 minutes stroll away on the other side of the park ~ good location. Thank you for our enjoyable stay.

Although the shower door leaked whenever I took a shower, it was manageable. Only required housekeeping service twice during my 8days stay, be good to minimise “traffic” coming into my room to one service staff instead of 5.

Good rooftop breakfast, good location, friendly staff. And good price.

You need to use a Google translator to communicate with staff in a language different of Spannish. Some rooms may be noiser if there is a party on the rooftop, but you may just join.

Our room shared a wall with a night club that started at 2 am and wen on through morning. We woke up at 2 am both nights. We asked to be moved to a higher floor but were told hotel was full. Other sex shops in the area Also, asked for a taxi at 6 am , taxi didn't show up by 6:10, so we had to get an uber ourselves

The location in the city center, and the staff was very kind, especially the guy at the reception, and Alfredo, the guy who works as a porter. He spent some time helping us to set up telephone card. The restaurant on the top is also very good. Since there are no restaurants in that part of town that stay open longer, I recommend the restaurant on the 7th floor. The food is good and not expensive, and the atmosphere and staff are very kind. The beds are good and the rooms are spacious, they are small apartments.

No expresso coffee in the restaurant, even if you ask to pay.

The restaurant is on the roof and it was very cold. No windows

Located within easy walking distance to the historic centre and Santa Lucia Hill.

There was a lot of noise through til 4.00am, with EDM beats from the nightclub upstairs and/or the strip club next door. A sex shop on the other side brought down the tone. People from the club were talking loudly and smoking as they came and left and staff commencing early morning shift spoke loudly.
