One bedroom window did not have a curtain, but we were up early enough so didn't impact the stay. Bag storage by reception could do with a quick dust and clean.

Very good location, short 5 min walk to the centre. Comfy beds and enough blankets for winter. Staff always on reception. Good breakfast, and can make you a packed breakfast when you have an early tour. Plenty of communal toilets and showers. Two friendly dogs on site. Quiet away from bars etc.

It would be better if we can keep the key instead of asking the reception everytime. The WiFi in the room can be more stable.

The breakfast is nice and the environment is very comfortable . The packed breakfast is nice as well. The water is hot enough. The staff are very helpful and nice. The location is close to the Main Street.

Nothing - a lovely oasis in the middle of the desert.

It was really close to the town. 3 minutes walk to the main square. Great restaurants and coffee shops close by. However, it is still very quiet and peaceful. The facilities were lovely. The beds were clean and comfy and the rooms were very spacious. The pool was a lovely bonus in the middle of summer. The breakfast was really good, great options for everyone. The vegan sandwich was really nice.

The room did not have a fan or airconditioning. Although Atacama gets cold in the night, the room stayed warm for most of the night. A fan would be a good addition!

Super friendly staff that made sure you were comfortable. We got very complete breakfast boxes for the days that we had to leave early for a tour, proactively taking into account any taste preferences. We got a very nice room in the back of the terrain, which offered great privacy and rest. Breakfast was great too: you can choose between 3 sandwiches which they prepare on the spot with a panini maker. You also get fresh cake and juice. We were happy that everything was fresh and filling for a change!

It's a shame there wasn't a power socket near the bed - in fact it was just one in the whole room. There was also no way of cooling the room down, and sometimes it did get quite warm in there. I think the outside lighting could be better, as any time I left my room in the dark I needed to take my torch with me, even though there were some outside lights but they didn't help much, such as for getting between the toilets and my room.

All the staff were super friendly, and I loved the two dogs on site who were also very sweet. The location was perfect: a little way down from the main action of the main street so it was quiet, but close enough that it was still very convenient. The bed was comfortable too. The toilet and shower facilities were good, generally kept well-stocked and clean. The breakfasts were nice too!
