Heating in the room: they switch it on at 19.30, which is too late as it gets cold around 18 pm. It was hot enough to sit next to the pool, but the water was too cold to enjoy it.

Heat was only on certain hours.

We stayed here several nights. It was very comfortable. They gave me an extra blanket when I was cold. They have usb ports, warm showers, filtered water and recycling bins for most items. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. It is a great location to walk to town. We had a car and they have about 4 spots. We were the only ones most nights or there was just one other car.

The hotel is perfect for shorter or longer stays in San Pedro. Roberto and the staff are welcoming, friendly, available, and take care of you in many small and big ways! The hotel offers free unlimited filtered water (which you will NEED in San Pedro, you will save a lot of money and plastic!), coffee and tea. They offer you small rags to clean your shoes from the dust, and even lend you towels for excursions (super useful for some excursions, so one can pack less!). They offer early breakfast to go for the days in which the excursions begin early, and they were super flexible with check out. I stayed at the hotel 3 hours past my check out time, they stored my luggage and I just worked and relaxed in the common areas. The rooms are small, but for me travelling solo that wasn’t a problem. And it’s compensated by the common spaces: the courtyard and pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast room great for working or spending time playing a board game. Breakfast was excellent and they accommodated my lactose intolerance. The ladies making breakfast are very sweet and always with a smile! Location is also perfect, right in the center of san Pedro, with tons of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking. Everything was great and I am very glad I stayed there!

The heater in the rooms were turned on only between 10 pm and 7 am. Struggled on our first night as it was really cold. Otherwise, all good the other nights.

Centrally located- close to shops and restaurants. Very clean. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating, took really good care of us. I really appreciate that they are very eco-friendly as well.

The heating is controlled by management and only comes on at certain times. If you want to chill in your room during the day it is FREEZING. Maybe allow individual room heating

The staff were so lovely. I got a bad cold and they made a nice tea and had it in a thermal for me. The room was nice and clean with modern bathroom. The pool area was really nice and relaxing.

Unable to check in early and the rooms are very small- you can’t lay out a suitcase.

Great location, breakfast was great, pool and courtyard very nice to hang out in. Loved that they had filtered water available for us so we didn’t have to buy water during our whole stay!

Access is somewhat fiddly - having to enter via what looks like a back gat.

This is a great place to stay. The facilities are basic, but the buffet breakfasts were great. here is very limited parking, so I booked ahead and was accommodated without question. Other than breakfast there is no catering available, but the town has ample choice of restaurants.

"Lunchbag" for days with early excursions is very poor. Parking is a bit of a hassle.
