We only had hot water on the first day, afterwards we did not manage to get it back at least in one of the bungalows we stayed in. WIFI was very unreliable and too slow when it worked.

Quiet and comfortable place, great location just at the border of the little town and nearby a supermarket which was very handy. Peter and his wife were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is brought to your bungalow and it has a bit of everything. We really like the fact that drinking water was provided at not extra cost.

The wifi was very slow and unreliable

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. There was reliable hot water and comfy beds. In the morning a lovely breakfast was delivered to the room. Whilst there was no heating the host delivered us wood and lit the stove when we requested it. The early check in was appreciated, as was storing out bags for a few hours and arranging laundry.

I took one point off out of 10 because of the heater -- we came in the winter, and one of the reasons we stayed here was that they mentioned that each room had a heater. Seems like some rooms had very substantial heaters, but ours was just a very small space heater on wheels that didn't do much to heat the room.

Great stay! Service was great; breakfast was fantastic. They cooked for us and delivered the food to our room on a tray, with tons of options (including for us vegetarians). Room was super clean, and I liked the style. Location was ideal too. It's outside the center of town, so it's quiet at night and you can see stars, but you can be in town in 5 minutes on foot -- it's not way out there. Ideal for us. Vibes were nice too. Looks like they're in the process of adding hot tubs and a pool. Cute vibes and nice little view of volcano. Provided water too, and the kitchenette was nice. Wifi worked well. Super communicative with us via whatsapp.

it could be fresher, we went in January it was really hot outside. There is no fan nor air conditioning. You can be inside without a problem, it is just that it would be more comfortable if it was fresher, even so it is pleasant stay.

The lodge is very close to the city centre and has a supermarket near by. It has a decent kitchen and two comfortables and clean rooms. it was very convenient to be with kids as we could cook some meals at home when we were tired and it was too hot to go out for lunch. We did our tours with the lodge team and it was great, Peter was our guide and he is great! we could go just our family in the car and have more flexibility, Peter explained different things about the local nature, history and even a bit of the current local arrangements. He gave us good suggestions on what to do and where to go also.

It’s perfect!

Everything! This place is amazing, so close to the city but very quiet inside. The room is very spacious, with a super comfortable bed. Pablo is amazing in doing everything possible to make us happy. The comunnication is super fast via whatsapp. The whole staff is superb: Ariana takes care of the room every day and you come home to a clean space. Fabiola is super attentive making sure that breakfast is covered. Peter was great and kept one of our luggages when we went on a 4 day tour. The shower is powerful and hot water was never an issue. You will find everything you need in the bangalow. We loved it! Loved it! Loved it.

It would've been great to have the hot tub going when we were there. I guess now we need to come back!.

Perfect location, close enough to the city center to have a very nice walk, but far away to escape from all the noise. Really cool place, nice atmosphere and Alejandra was a very good host. I recommend it completely. We stayed at the bungalow, we had a great queen bed, satelite TV, fully equiped kitchen, minibar and even a BBQ with a nice table to sit and have breakfast.

They were slow to come and let us in and our driver had to phone them twice. Cooker not plugged in so we spent ages trying to see why it wasn’t working and we had to move the fridge to plug the cooker in! We would have liked a microwave and toaster and a tea towel. A bit dark walking to the property but they are improving the path so I assume they will add more lights.

Lovely little bungalow. Clean. Comfortable. Nice staff. Short walk from town.

Cold shower in the Puritama room, but not the case in the Tatio. Recommend a sign outside the property- it was difficult to find. Recommend communication with guests before visit.

Gabby, the new manager, who made us a wonderful breakfast and solved problems as they occurred, and gave great advice regarding local activities. Suggest requesting the Tatio room, and declining the Puritama room. We started off in the P room but in a rare thunderstorm the roof leaked and we lost electricity. Gary moved us to the much nicer two bedroom Tatio room, which is really wonderful-nicely furnished and with an outdoor patio with table and grill. Gated secure property.

The address is correct but the entrance is not very well signaled so it was difficult to find. The room is very noisy because it’s located close to the main road. No AC or fan, so the rooms got very hot at night even with the windows open. Breakfast starts at 7.30 which restricts time to explore areas around. The breakfast portions are small. The lodge does offer a snack option to be dropped off the night before but it is very simple. When we arrived, there was no potable water bottle available to us. The host said that the water would be delivered during the second day of our stay but that did not occur.

There was a convenient parking lot within a gated area very close to the center of town. It is a walkable distance to the downtown of San Pedro. The host are very friendly and helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. The room and bathroom were clean, just dusty as it is the desert and that is to be expected. There was a cute terrace attached to the room which we enjoyed at night.
