the view to the andes from the room is remarkable. I loved the big windows, and I'd have tea in the morning looking at the mountains... my 7yo loved it as well. The location is great as well. The breakfast is packed, mostly because the restaurant is small, but it has good quality items.

The place could use some improvements. It is evident that it was once a luxurious hotel, however it seems that no upgrades have been made for a while or that the place is not properly maintained (pluming and TV issues in initial room, flood in storage room).

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room that was allocated to me initially had some pluming issues and I got immediately upgraded to a very spacious suite. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable.

They didn't take the trash out before we arrived at the room. Plates and other utensils weren't updated for 3 guests, so we had only 2 of some things. The shower only had a strong flow available which made showers unpleasant.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the location is amazing - . Breakfast was perfect. The room has a small kitchen which made ordering food and using utensils much easier. The bathroom was of good size with a tub. There are things to upgrade and do better next time, but I'll surely return again.

Getting in and out of the bathtub was a little bit tricky for me, I am a fit person but short and had to hold on to the bathtub’s handle to support myself and avoid slipping. The half door glass was annoying .

Great location, comfortable room, clean, enough space for longer stays, friendly staff, I loved our morning hikes to the breakfast block in the green beautiful neighbourhood. rooftop pool was good and breakfast was okay, liked their baked goods, fresh fruits and cheeses.

I didn´t like that at my arrival the person at the check in desk didn´t handle in a proper manner the room assigment, didn´t provide proper information about the hotel services and amenities hours. Also didn´t like that they took a whole day (Monday) for pool maintance, they can improve on that

I liked the assistance from de manager, who when I contacted her about some issues starting my reservation she make things better and always be sure that my stay with my family was comfortable.

Bathroom was quite problematic as the water was spilling out of the shower and the shower system is very complex and no instruction. We were not informed, only upon arrival, that the breakfast is in another hotel, short walk but you will not go in pyjamas to it, you need to dress up, go outside for a few street walk which was not convenient at all. There were also too little chairs in the room for two person / only one chair.

Super friendly personel! We so much liked the service, they make us feel like home. We were able to check-in late in the night and also we could keep our luggage in the reception after check-out and wait for our flight in spacious lobby, which was super nice. The breakfast is so vast and delicious. We also got free welcome drink in the hotel restaurant. The area is very quite and nice so you can really rest here. There was also quite nice balcony in the room, not visible on the pictures so nice surprise.
