Not much! The walls were thin but our neighbours were mostly considerate!

This is a wonderfully designed and cosy studio, well located in Puerto Natales. The bed linen and bed was by far the best we have had on our trip so far. Maca our host was a real highlight! She is super responsive and helpful and clearly invested in you having the best possible time. She helped us organise a day trip into Torres Del Paine which was also fantastic. We wished we could have spent more time in the apartment to enjoy the view!

Truly an outstanding place! It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

What a wonderful stay! The sea view was stunning, everything was so nicely renovated and decorated (the bathroom is amazing!) and it was so nice having a little kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The view is extraordinary. Macarena was the perfect host. The bed was luxury. Bathroom is large. Shower is great. Towels are good quality and daily cleaning.

Tidy, thoughtfully equipped kitchenette, comfy bed, thoughtful lighting and shades, modern/simple decor and THE VIEW! Macarena was very responsive and helpful, holding our luggage and returning it to our room for after our adventure.

The apartment was quite noisy, which is likely why there was no TV. However, if you're in Puerto Natales to watch TV, you're definitely doing something wrong! :)

I had an amazing stay at The Loft, which boasts an exceptional view. Located on a small hill at the edge of Puerto Natales, it’s just a 7-minute walk to the city center. The taxi ride from the airport took only 15 minutes and cost 8,000 CLP. Communication with the landlord via WhatsApp was very easy, even in English. During my 5 days there, I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings, including a round trip in Torres del Paine, a trekking tour, and a boat ride to see the glaciers, all booked through Booking.com. I can’t wait to bring my family next time! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Completely new apartments in the center of Puerto Natales. Location is adjacent to the city center with a lots of different restaurants. The rooms are brand new, cosy and clean with a stunning view to the lake. Maca is exceptional and provides great service and help with a quick response time.

No noise from the street, but you can hear other guests through the walls

Supremely comfortable bed and the best feather pillows and linen, with a gorgeous view over the fjords and mountains. Well located in PN close to some good restaurants. The staff were lovely and helpful.
