Great location, clean and comfortable, and the host Charly was very welcoming and helpful. Also, the shower was exceptional.

I arrived late (around 11pm), Charly came out to welcome me and show me to my room. He also arranged my airport rides, which were provided excellently at a very reasonable price.

The WiFi was OK but could have been faster.

Very helpful staff and a great place to stay

Great location

Charly and Federico were excellent. I arrived at 2am and Charly had waited up for me so I had a warm welcome. He also had a lot of good advice for places to go and eat.

Great room for the price, nicely furnished and equipped with a fan, some furniture (not always guaranteed at hostels!), a cupboard etc. Bathrooms were clean. Use of shared kitchen area and friendly staff. Barrio Italia is lovely, very gentrified and therefore a bit pricey but a nice place to be based. The Fugazetta at the Argentinian pizza place is amazing

I struggled with the code being accepted on the front door lock, but that could just have been my error

Federico was a wonderful host, everything is super clean thanks to Veronica, location is a short walk from tottus and barrio italia, felt like we were in a hotel when we had our sheets and towels changed! Bathroom is luxury and common areas are comfy and homely.

Good for us, but not a sociable hostel is thats what you're searching for. Def need a big frying pan in the kitchen! Otherwise all the other cooking supplies were great

Absolutely nothing

The house was immaculately clean! Federico was very responsive and provided a helpful information. Our room was spacious and well decorated. Location was wonderful. Also, we like common area: kitchen and live room. We had great time at Federico’s home. Thank you

It was warm due to hot weather

The location seemed perfect. It was a ten minute walk to most of the restaurants in Barrio Italia area and maybe 15-20 minutes to Bella Vista area. We took a short Uber ride to the funicular and also back from the 65 story tower with the mall on the first six floors. We used the metro subway to get from one side to the other. The owner, Federico was on site for large periods of time. The place was spotless each day. However, a few groups staying at the same time as us did not clean up after themselves as well as I felt they should have. The cleaning was excellent and it had everything you needed. The beds were comfy and we had the window open and we were comfortable. We also easily found parking on the street for the two days we rented a car for day trips to Valparaiso and Cajon de Maipo.

We loved it, but a few more hooks for towels to hang/dry in the room would be nice. There was a tower dryer but it took up precious floor space in a small room.

Our host Federico was extremely helpful and responsive. He helped us to organise the next leg of our trip because we ran into some troubles. He was really easy to contact and accommodated our checkin. The facilities were clean, neat and spacious. Wifi worked really well including in the room and the location was in a safe neighbourhood. We took the bus quite easily to get into the plaza de armas. And were very close to a large supermarket and the barrio Italia which had heaps of fantastic restaurants and good food!

It had everything necessary for a great stay. We wanted to go for a day of skiing and the host basically arranged the whole thing for us which was very kind.

The house is located in a very peaceful and pleasant neighborhood, with excellent options in the vicinity (grocery store, pharmacy, etc.). I felt like I was in a family home, very cozy. The room is of a decent size, with a comfortable bed and pillows; I was able to have great nights of sleep. The bathroom is large and spacious, the shower has good water pressure and temperature (which was great during these cold days), and furthermore, it also has a towel dryer (which also serves as a heater for the bathroom). The kitchen has all the necessary equipment in case you want to cook something, along with a large refrigerator with space for all guests to store their items, each with their numbered compartment. Federico is a very friendly and attentive person, he sent the information about the house two days in advance, providing all the step-by-step instructions to access the accommodation and use the facilities.

The shower stall doors can occasionally come off the track, but it's nothing that can't be resolved in 2 minutes. The Wi-Fi would disconnect from my phone every now and then, as my room was at the very end of the hallway on the second floor; I believe a mesh network would solve this without much trouble.
