Little Suggestion: change the Bed pillows for biggers and soft ones. Rooftop parties make noise in rooms. Car parking not always is avalaible. The room balconies would be so much better if a bench or sometthing to seat on is there, while enjoying the beautiful city views.

View from roof restaurant , the best of the hotel. Staff very friendly and kind.Quiet location.The style and design of the interiors gives the Hotel a lot of personal identity.

Nice rooftop restaurant with views of the ocean, town and port. Modern building, nice decor. Room very small, compact and fine for one night. Enjoyed our stay.

A bit noisy at night with dogs barking etc

Super nice and cool boutique hotel. Room was quite small but had every thing you may need! Staff very helpful and spoke good English which is a plus here in Chile! Breakfast was good. There is private secure parking which is great

In front of my room were some dogs which were barking all day and all night. Sleeping was only possible with earplugs. I really love dogs, but this was too much annoying.

The staff is very kind, the rooms are nice and the breakfast very delicious. The entire roof terrace is a very nice place with a fantastic view over Valparaiso.

You know when booking that the room is small. but please note that the room really is small. it’s fine to explore Valpo for a few days, but not extremely comfortable. Overall I would strongly recommend the hotel if this isn’t a problem for you (or just book one of the bigger rooms).

The hotel looks really great, the food they serve as breakfast but also in the restorative is excellent. most of all, the personnel is extremely friendly - they really go out of their way.

Nothing. Really, all was perfect. Okay - maybe a small refrig. in each room would have been great.

OMG, what DIDN'T I like?! I loved it all, and will not be staying anywhere else on my next trip to Valparaiso. There is a rooftop restaurant with a view over the harbor (incredible for sunset), an excellent free breakfast in the same space, and such amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Top 2 % of the places I've stayed in my life, and I'm 71 years old!!!!

We were absolutely fine with the size of the room but others, especially those with big suitcases might not be. We enjoyed how the space had been used. Similarly others might find things a long walk away - but that's Valparaiso! We loved everything about it

This was a super place. We thoroughly enjoyed the modern industrial architectural and the way everything had been fitted into small spaces. All the staff were super lovely and helpful. Parking was ideal. We probably had the best breakfast we have had on our seven week trip so far - and it was with a rooftop view. Similarly we are there one evening as the restaurant was open that day and it was exceptional. Thank you so much. We were sad to leave.

The hotel looks great on pictures but is not practical. The open courtyard and roof restaurant were open so cold and windy. We had to eat diner with hats on. Also, room layout was odd and too small for suitcases. Shower leak across the floor as door did not fit. Could have been brilliant, but a bit of a let down.

The hotel staff were great and very helpful.

Again, Upon arriving and seeing the property we found it was not accessible for us (elderly with physical limitations). We requested cancellation at the front desk but they refused. Still fighting to get money returned. This hotel does not come anywhere near what is represented in their advertisements. Recommend do not book.

Room was very small, especially the toilet, and it wasn’t clean. There were hairs around the base of the toilet. Water pressure for the shower wasn’t good. TV super high and hard to see. There were dogs barking right next door all night and all morning making it impossible to sleep.

We booked one seaview room, but the view was almost entirely blocked by wires and other buildings. The air conditioning unit in this room was also not working. The two other rooms we booked has air conditioning units, but di not work very well and there was an odd antiseptic smell during out stay. Quiet area, but a little far from some attractions.

Helpful staff and clean rooms. Nice but small rooftop area that serves breakfast.

Steep walk back to the hotel from El Plano and the more touristy hills.

Funky design. Comfortable beds. Complimentary water, tea and coffee in the lobby. Fantastic views. Close to Pablo Neruda house and the less touristy yet interesting Cerro Florida. Decent breakfast. Plenty of parking nearby.
