Check-in took over 30 minutes as the reserved suite was unavailable upon our arrival, which felt unprofessional. When you receive a booking confirmation, you expect your stay to be secured, but that was not the case here. The continental breakfast was disappointing - there was nothing 'continental' about it. We could not get an omelet, just as they had run out of butter by 9 AM. Overall, breakfast definitely needs some attention.

Our upgrade to the executive suite was fantastic! We got a spacious apartment right by the ocean, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was served directly to our flat, adding a nice touch. The kids loved it just as much as we did! The cleaning personnel went an extra mile to ease our stay. Then the pool was just awesome..!

Either upgrade the Annex and charge a bit more or do not include your name to the Annex. “Fini” is your brand name and should in no way shape or form be affiliated with the Annex in its current state. It should also be clearly stated in the online booking that the booking is for the Annex and not the main hotel.

We didn't benefit from the access to the beach because it is extremely polluted with plastic.

Restaurant will do better with more variety and a timely order response. Following specifications of clients. Gym instructor should be more welcoming and polite to clients .

The Spa has very experienced and well trained staff. The reception staff were very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, the ocean view was priceless Cleaner always cleaned thoroughly and left the place smelling fresh. Lovely pool and view. Close to the road side (accessible)

Just one towel in the bathroom. The room isn't too big.

The breakfast buffet was just perfect. So many varieties and fresh food. The bed was large and comfortable too. The receptionists were very warm and helpful.

the bathrooms could use some renovations, I stayed in 2 different rooms and they both had some bathroom shower issues.

The hotel was good value for money, the staff was really helpful, cheerful and made my stay interesting. I booked a room with a sea view which was really calming. We had a wedding reception and it was beautiful. It was also close to the city center. I’d definitely be back here, Marie Laure and Reiana made my stay really fun.

Fridge in room 7 didn't work, plug socket was broken. Room a little cramped for space. Sink became broken and water spilled out of sink onto floor. Towels placed too high to reach. Food in restaurant a little expensive.Room cleaned without being asked. Hotel a little far from town if people don't have their own car.

Wonderful hotel with outstand, helpful and wonderful staff who couldn't enough for me. Each ensuite room is a self-contained building a few minutes walk from reception, restaurant, outdoor swimming and beach. Hotel is roughly a 15 minute drive from Limbé. Room 7 where I stayed, hs large double bed with blanket, sheets, pillows all included. En-suite bathroom with sliding door. Toilet with paper, large sink with soap and shower. Shower jell and shampoo is provided. Tea-coffee provided in room with sugar and a kettle. Room has fridge and tv on wall. Small wardrobe to hang clothes. Desk and one chair. Room has air condition. Keycard to enter/exit room. Breakfast was included. Mostly continental but also some Cameroon food available. One bottle of water is offered for free. Tea/coffee is available on request. Very relaxing hotel and private room. Very peaceful property with birds in trees. Can watch/listen to ocean crashing against beach. Plenty of outdoor seating. Carparking available. Free good speed WiFi in room.

The place has not been taken care of, it was great once, but it is not anymore. And it is placed in the far end of Limbe, it's not close to downtown

The pool has a nice view of the sea, the breakfast was ok, it had many things to chose from

Breakfast was not consistent. If you go very early or late, the buffet is almost empty, Staff was great, but they put a lot of focus on the dinning area during morning time, exemple the Breakfast area settup was not ready, cutlery missing etc.

The staff is very professional and helpful, from the security to the management. Top service. Room was very clean and spacious.

Wish to have more cameroonian food in the restaurant. And the beach could be cleaner.

I liked the pool, the gym workout every morning. The coach in the gym was great, very motivating. The gym was so clean and a lot of fun. The spa was good, very professional massage terapest. One of the best massages ever. The receprion ladies were really nice, friendly and helpful. They made me to feel safe and enjoy many things in Limbe. The room was really nice and the bed was good.
