IndiaRoom number #306 water flow is very very slow in the shower and the toilet roll is not placed ( normally hand spray will not be there). Struggled in for cleaning after use of the wash room.

United StatesWas denied change of 5k fncf to pay our taxi by the staff even though patrons were in the bar puchashing drinks.My wife was told to walk in the dark to a petrol station (Not safe) for change . Totally unacceptable customer service. Cameroon suffers from stereotypes of bad business.,This action did little to change those views.. This issue left a bad impression on me. I would use your facilities again if the issue was corrected. Please return correspondence.

AustraliaThe location was quite far from town but there were still some small shops to get drinks and bits and pieces around. A taxi costs about 2500/3000 CFA to get into the city centre.
The suite room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was hot with great pressure and the aircon was superb. The bed was also very comfortable. The included breakfast was also very nice, croissant, bread, omelette, fresh fruit and tea.

Germanyvery friendly, the rooms were very small and the air conditioning directly over the bed, you quickly get a cold, the restaurant was very small and the breakfast was very limited, I had to ask several times to get a coffee. The view from the window was just horrible, an old market nothing to relax.
The hotel is quite modern, the facilities are very modern, the rooms are ok, but nothing more.
