The area is very lively, and there is lots of noise coming from outside. The shower drainage was not optimal. After you showerd, there is a lot of water floating around.

Staff is super professional and helpful. They don't charge for the shuttle, which is so great. The last day I was late for my flight and the driver did a great job reaching the airport on time. The receptionist are great, and everyone is very attentive to your needs. The good things of such neighbourhood are that you have everything around, shops, restaurants, bars etc. but them you can hear was is going on outside.

No hot water in my bathroom.

Very clean property despite it being a dusty and busy neighborhood south of Yaounde. The staff is courteous and the room was very well equipped with good wifi and air conditioning.

I wish the elevator worked. Also, it was a struggle to get extra beds for my children.

Nothing all amazing

I have gone to this lovely hotel 3 times this year and I absolutely love it here the staff are so polite and friendly and the premises is always clean and well cared for I would also like to thank the managers for giving me and my husband an amazing wedding reception my night was absolutely amazing thank you for all the staff for everything we highly recommend this hotel 😁

The service was excellent from the driver of the hotel navette to all the personnel in the hotel. I appreciated the availability of the personnel and direction staff who went the extra mile to accommodate for my professional meetings and gave me access to the conference Room on the spot.

Bathroom drainage was bad. So the bathroom was kind of flooded. Bed were so hard. Bathroom was small. Small cockroaches in the bathroom..

The location is very convenient for tours to pick the clients and leave the city without entering into the traffic jams. Also, I liked a lot that the hotel picks you from the airport at no cost, that is very good.

The first time I stayed here, the food was good. The second time, the food was terrible... seems that it was left overs from the previous days. Also, internet is quite bad, and didnt work at all in the room, I had to use it from the elevator in the corridor.

I didn't like the fact that the picture online was not the same as the hotel I saw. It looked old. I also noticed that a lot of non residents use the pools during weekends, thereby making the place a high risk location.

I liked the security system.
