What I liked most about the property was the security and the staff. The security measures in place made me feel safe throughout my stay, and the staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism truly enhanced my experience.

FranceNeighboring guests same side aisle were too noisy. I was surprised by the pest control and mosquito eradication campaign with fumigants, which left me feeling unwell due to the smell of the product and the smoke for 2 days, including night. The Wi-Fi also needs to be improved.
Location. Clean Room. Staff very friendly and very ready to help, very welcoming from the reception to the restaurant, groom, always ready to help with smile. I highly recommend the staff of this hotel.

CameroonNo WiFi. Actually the hotel has WiFi but it didn’t work at all. Luckily I had Mobile data to carry me through so I didn’t even bother to contact the staff to fix or know what the issue was. The second thing I did not like was that the bathroom gets super wet after bathing and extends to the room hence making the entire room dirty. I don’t know what can be done but let something be done
The property was good in general. The staff were so professional and very helpful. Very polite as well. Not forgetting that it the location is great as well and I felt safe being there. It was quiet

ChinaThe bathroom is clean yet it’s easy to have water on the ground and difficult to dry quickly. No hairdryer in the room even the whole hotel. Staff says that they don’t have to have hairdryer because African doesn’t need this Ahaaa… but really need to prepare one in the reception please!
The bed is clean and comfortable, I like the small balcony that can see Mt Cameroon directly (need more luck in rain season!). The price is affordable and nice to stay here for 3 nights:)

Rooms are very clean with high-tech system if you don't want to be disturb, or you want the room to be cleaned, or to make know the room is occupied. Buffet breakfast is also amazing with local food. It's my second trip there and I'll surely go back.
