United StatesThe mattress felt a bit old, or it needs to be turned more often. We found it uncomfortable, as it made us feel uneven.this is not means don't like it ,just suggest to consider to maintain or update. There have not convenient outlets for using.
it is convenience ,clean. the front desk staff and bellman are nice ,warm. they welcome you and willing to give you more informations as shuttles. they suggest me for the next day flight shuttle detail. I love the pillows in the bed, they have some pillows style option for the customer they need. plus, there's a nonsmoking room for me. there have two restaurants located inside the hotel. We tried one that was a set dinner.It's taste good .also the TomYumGong soup was authentic.

United StatesIt would be very helpful for tourist on the website to indicate which subway stop the hotel was located. I ended up going to Airport North and had to circle back to Airport South station. Once at Airport South, it was directly across the street.
The location is excellent. Great service from staff in helping with shuttle to airport.

I only stayed for overnight's transit from Tokyo to London on Sunday 7 July and booked this hotel for convenience. Their customer service is at the top level. Even before my arrival they replied to my questions straight away. Airport shuttle bus service is efficient. I slept well on one of the most comfortable beds. I have been to many hotels but never seen such an interesting bed setting to make sure you are comfortable sitting up on your bed to watch a TV. One gigantic pillow for your bag and one long tube pillow to rest your foot. Shower was powerful and you can pull down the blind if you don't need to enjoy the view through the clear glass wall of the bathroom. I had to deduct 1 star due to the terrible WiFi connection. I couldn't use emails nor internet. I ended up buying a 24-hour mobile data pass from EE. Still, I will definitely recommend this hotel and return on my next trip.

New ZealandThe location was brilliant and the shuttle was very easy to use, frequent service and easy to locate at the terminal. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We stayed here for transit flight purposes twice. The breakfast buffet was varied. The room service was fast and a wide selection. The bar downstairs was friendly and offered a good selection of food and drinks. Also the cafe with starbucks coffee and ice cream counter was a hit for the kids and us. The stay and food was all fairly reasonable. We used the pool twice which was clean and enjoyable.
