Thanks to the host for being very patient and understanding when we first arrived in China, my Alipay and Wechat were not working at first but they made me feel comfortable and helped me sort things out. The place is very convenient, near a station, and the room itself is very well affordable while offering all the essentials.

The bathroom was a little bit smelly, also it was difficult to find the building itself. The equipment in the room was also quite used and worn out, and the wifi is really slow.

The view was great! Also the localization is quite nice - it’s a 15 min walk to the subway. The host was really helpful.

The location is great, near the Dongzhimen subway station. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The apartment was very clean, we stayed there for two weeks and they cleaned the apartment every second day. The communication was also great.

They waited for us at the gate and helped our taxi driver to find the gate to the property over the phone. Then they showed us the way to the apartment and helped us with the luggage. They even gave us recommendations where to go for dinner and about a lovely local market nearby. The apartment itself is lovely and very quiet. Perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was excellent - very smooth check in, friendly and super fast responsive host, very clean and spacious apartment. Cleaned regularly. Pretty close to the metro station and supermarkets. Very peaceful and quiet area. High standard and many useful amenities - even no charging adapter is needed. Washer and iron available. Lastly - THE view from the window.. amazing. I would surely come back to this place.

I was lost on the way there but the receptionist came and pick me up.

All the necessities are provided as listed in the description. I didn’t have to worry about towel, toothbrush, or any other basic items. It’s so much like a hotel than apartment!

We were happy with everything 👌

The owners of the property was waiting for us which was very useful. They explained to us a few things about the apartment and also about the city and they also were contactable during our stay. The bed was comfortable. The apartment had the utensils for cooking breakfast and dinner which was very important for us. The location was excellent. It was very close from the station. Going to touristic places was very easy from that station/accommodation. We recommend staying in the apartment.

Comfortable location. 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Shops, cafe, restaurants and shopping centre are in walking accessibility. Everything necessary stuff (dishes, towels, clean bed linen, iron, kettle, washing mashine etc) was in the flat. The host was friendly, polite and helpful. We could check in earliear than it was marked on the site without any additional fee. Cleaning without any claims. Sound proof is perfect.

There are few sockets near the desktop table and there are used by the internet devices... You can't charge your devices while you are eating or working there In the morning, you can ear people playing tennis. It it was not a problem for me. Note I said tennis, not cars or parties.

Great location, close to metro Line 2 (the circle one) With tons of supermarkets and a shopping area close to it The kitchen is amazing There is a yoga mat ! The staff speaks great English and they clean every two days ~ Thank you for your work, I had an awesome time in Beijing and you contributed to this 🙏🏻 People are doing taichi outside quite every morning
