How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There ia no any TV channel. You can prwss ok, but nothing happened.I asked and they firstly said ..."we will come ro room to fix". But they didn't come.After half an hour I came back down to desk. Then they told me that they do not have. At least they can say that at the first place.
Location is very good specially if you want to visit Hong Kong or Macau.You can go on foot to Hong Kong border. Rooms are nice. Bed confortable. Laundry room free of charge.

Unfortunately the noise from the construction in front of the hotel. This generate one big traffic, and a lot off noise from the cars. It's not a hotel problem, but is not so pleasant if you want to rest.

The ongoing renovations meant that on my last day I had to about 100m down the road to the cop station where I was able to get the lift up to my floor and walk down the corridor to my room and vice versa to get back out. The WiFi was a bit patchy and though it was supposed to be an International Hotel the staff didn't speak or understand English and had to rely on an AI translation tool
The location was great though it took me a little while to figure out that the Luohu Port and Commercial City were quite close and accessible via subway just up the road. The breakfasts were excellent and there were some excellent small restaurants close by.

Should enforcing non-smoking in all the public areas in the premises. Suck as lobby, lift and hallway.

The only suggestion I would make is to include a mini fridge in the room, which would make the stay even more comfortable
This hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything we need. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff can not speak English. Muslim shower is not available in rest rooms.
Locatio is very ideal regarding travel. All is available besides of property like Metro, Bus Station, Railway Station etc. 2nd thing is an excellent breakfast.

Overall room is clean however the carpet was dirty and room smell of cigarette. The lobby and the corridor is without proper lighting .

The ventilation in the room is not adequate enough and there is a little stench in the corridors that the management need to address.
The location is great. A few meters from Luohu train station. There are many eateries around. The staff have gadgets that help with the translation thus making it easy to communicate. The free laundry facility is also a plus.

Access to the hotel is very difficult, as they have to travel all the way from a road that is under construction. The hotel staff doesn't speak English, and despite showing my reservation in Chinese, they got confused and charged me for an extra stay when I had already booked it through Booking.com. They eventually fixed everything when I left, but it took 20 minutes.
They have an excellent breakfast and an incredible cleaning staff. The room was very comfortable.

In my room there was no TV! The carpet was not cleaned properly! - it wasn’t dirty but wasn’t clean clean Had difficulty finding the hotel! English sign is at the front of the hotel - can’t see it as everyone will come from the metro/tunnel/ side area. And front door doesn’t have Paco hotel written on it. I have been told by many non Chinese speakers they too walked right pass the hotel!!!!! There is a Side sign but it’s in Chinese only! Need to ADD an English sign from the side of hotel too!!!!!
Breakfast wasn’t a large selection - but the food was tasty and the staff were friendly at the breakfast area. Good water pressure in the shower!

It was very difficult to find its location. Would appreciate if the hotel would have provided a step by step guide from Luohu metro station to their hotel.
The location although it is very difficult to find when you are walking from the Luohu metro or arriving from Hong Kong border, walking.

TV seems to require payment to use, couldn't get wifi to work although it was included. Extra firm bed which was fine for me but others wouldn't like.
