If you don't need to be in the city centre, the location is ideal, with a shopping mall and metro station right next to the hotel, as well as plenty of local restaurants, and a very good bus service to Canton Fair. The staff are very welcoming and helpful (they compensate for the lack of English with the translator). The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Excellent value for money!

IndiaAs a indian we need water in toilet and we manage with bathroom water but Toilet and bathroom in our room was seperate. Also washbasin was near the bed so water remains on floor outside the bathroom and toilet that was risky during walking in that area.

MongoliaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—everything I needed was just a short walk away. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

IndiaBreakfast was really ok, barely anything vegetarian. Also, no staff knew basic English. But, staff was helpful otherwise. The 2 females at reception, one was an intern from that, both tired to fool me by asking for extra money for the cab booking, but I wouldn’t call it cheating.
It’s a good place to stay, very lively location, a very big mall just opposite, like a 2 min walk, hotel seemed to me well maintained. You can also see good green mountains at the backside. Mall is really good for eateries and shopping. All supermarkets and convenience stores are at walkable distance of 3-5 mins. Also, they used to provide evening refreshments which was really cool. Exhibition shuttle was complimentary and always on time. They also provided free water both ways, and snacks while coming back in the evening.

The next time I want to travel to Guangzhou, this hotel will be one of my top choices again. but I feel it necessary to put forward a few points as a friendly suggestion -Although I asked the restaurant twice to put a label next to the food that specifies the ingredients of the food, they thanked me, but in the end nothing was done, they don't have many choices for Muslim or Jewish guests. - Carpets need to be washed periodically with carpet washing machines and some dirt cannot be removed with a vacuum cleaner. - Regarding the restaurant, I expressed my opinions with many thanks to the staff there - The hotel lobby is almost empty and can provide good facilities and a more pleasant environment for guests, such as a place to work with a personal computer or a place to offer coffee or tea or a fish pond or... - Housekeeping employees need to be more coordinated with guests and reception staff to clean the rooms -I suggest that during the exhibition, the hotel officials provide facilities such as shuttle bus or shuttle van to the exhibition site and vice versa for the guests who came to Guangzhou for the exhibition. Again, I am extremely grateful to all the hotel staff who, like family, did not hesitate to provide any kind of help and hospitality. I had a good time during my 20-day stay in this hotel.
- Super hospitable and friendly staffs -Proximity to the subway is one of the advantages of this hotel, it is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel lobby to the metro station (which is called line 6). -Another advantage of this hotel is its close proximity to the Wanda Plaza business complex, which is located exactly opposite the hotel, a 3-minute walk from the hotel to the said complex, and this complex has a large supermarket in the basement, where all your needs can be found. Next to the mentioned complex, there is a street that is full of shops and restaurants, a street that is very lively in the afternoons, and by the way, there are 2 Muslim restaurants for Muslims and Jews that serve halal and delicious food. - The hotel has a laundry room with very good facilities on the 3rd floor, and the hotel officials need to put its pictures on their page on the Booking website.

The room was very big and very clean, they cleaned every morning, the cleaning staff they were very good. i say a big thank you to Aina who works at the reception she was very nice, helpful wonderful person and she was always there when I needed help. I lost my luggage at the airport in Guangzhou. I told her that I need help, from there she started calling everywhere until finally I got my luggage. She ordered a taxi to the airport because I didn't have alipay. i say it was Top class service. i have traveled around the world but I have never seen a person like Aina who is nice helpful, kind and professional. i hope the manager reads my feedback you are lucky to have Aina in the staff and all other staff were the same wonderful people 👍👍👍😁 and next time I come to China I will stay in Paco hotel. The hotel was near Soyuan Metro Station you can go everywhere in the city. And there is malls, restaurants nearby.

BahrainI stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The balcony door couldn’t be closed properly the entire time, and although I asked to change the room, nothing was done. The air conditioning was extremely poor—it kept blowing hot air, and even though they claimed to fix it every day, it never improved. On the last night, they told me to just sleep without a blanket. The hallways were also hot with no air conditioning, and the entire place was full of mosquitoes, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not up to standard at all. Housekeeping didn’t seem to be doing their job properly, and the breakfast was extremely limited and of poor quality. The lobby was also hot and uninviting. For the price I paid, this hotel was definitely not worth it. It’s located far from everything, making it very inconvenient. Inside the room, I could hear the sound of water drainage very clearly, and the bathroom and shower were open to the room with no proper separation, which made it feel very awkward. What frustrated me the most was that they charged my card a full week before arrival, even though the booking clearly stated that payment would be made at the property and that the reservation was guaranteed. They even told me that if I didn’t allow the payment, they couldn’t guarantee my booking, which completely goes against the terms listed on Booking.com. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be coming back.

Every day they said it was fixed, and eventually, they told me to sleep without a blanket! • The hallways were hot and not air-conditioned. • The hotel was full of mosquitoes. • Housekeeping is not the best . • Breakfast was extremely poor and very limited. • The lobby wasn’t air-conditioned and have mosquito . • The price was way too high for the level of service and location. • The location is very far from everything. • You can clearly hear the sound of sewage water inside the room. • The bathroom and shower are open to the room, offering no privacy. • They charged my card a week before arrival even though my reservation was marked as guaranteed without prepayment on Booking.com. They threatened to cancel if the amount wasn’t withdrawn, which contradicts the stated booking terms.
