Enhancement suggestion to add water bidet for toilet to save toilet paper usage. Add dryer to dry clothes immediately after washing machine. Alternatively, there is drying area indoor and outdoor. Just I prefer to have dryer for immediate drying after wash for convenience.

High quality setup in bedroom with sensible steps design to go to upper bed. Can have a bed with another personal tatami area below my bed. Nice living hall and huge TV, I felt good enjoy.

Only thing for me-shower/toilet room was chilly, as there was no heating and it was winter during my stay. But water was hot in shower-so-warmed up fast:)

Very nice, welcoming, helping lady at reception. Got a room upgrade. AC as heater in room worked great. Very positive impression of hostel. Great place to stay in Suzhou. Location is great! Hot water and tea available at reception. Would recommend for other visitors.

It was cold in the night at the bottom bed, but the receptionist solved the problem immediately after I complained about that.

Nice and helpful staff. They maintain the hostel clean. Close from the subway station and tourist attractions. Convenience stores and restaurants are around.

The restrooms were sometimes a little crowded, and I wish the property had provided towels, although these were very small issues.

The place is so clean and honestly the best hostel I’ve stayed in. Quiet and nice. Every person has a bunk bed with the bottom floor being a small living space and the top one the bed. The toilets were clean and the showers nice. One use towels and toothbrushes and toothpaste were offered as well as clean bed sheets. The stuff was especially nice

Although I didn’t spend the night at this hostel and only arrived in the morning due to a typhoon, the staff was extremely helpful. They opened the hostel early for me, gave me directions to place worth visiting. Offered to send my towel, which was leaved by acident . Unfortunately, this didn’t happen because of resistance from the next hotel wher i stayed, but i still greatfull . From my impression, the hostel was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. They even let me sit in the reception area and leave my luggage there.

Across from the Youth Hostel is Lion Grove. I took Line 6 of the subway and got out of Exit 1 of Humble Administrator's Garden Su Bo Station. It only took a few minutes to stroll there! Turn right 300 meters outside and walk to Pingjiang Road. It's very convenient to listen to Pingtan and play cat games at night! It's been raining these past few days, sitting on the sofa in the lobby of the hostel and daydreaming is also very comfortable! The youth hostel on the street is lively during the day and instantly quiets down at night! Wake up in the morning listening to the chirping of birds! It's not easy in the city! Spending tens of yuan, being able to stay in such a clean youth hostel is worth it! The staff of the youth hostel are also very friendly and always answer any questions! Warm reminders are posted everywhere, making it very reassuring to live here! I really like this quiet atmosphere! I will pass it on to my friends!
