Location was superb, just around the corner from the southern song imperial street, where there are plenty of shops and eatery available. Front staff is extremely polite and helpful, especially the lady working in the morning. They have compiled list of recommended places to visit and to eat on the wechat application. Clean room.

The room was pretty, spacious, modern and comfortable, with a sitting area and a big bathroom. Coffee, tea and water always available in the lobby. Very friendly staff, great location.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and i loved it because the location is absolutely amazing and very close to the old city center and the room itself is decorated in the theme of China in the forties. The shower is very clean and works really well, the toilet is heated. The bed is very comfortable, I slept as a baby. There's a laundry room, you can get ice, water, tea, coffee at the reception and the receptionist is fantastic: she is helpful, eager to make your stay comfortable, she is attentive, thinks on her feet and has a very good command of English.

The remote control in the bath room was in Chinese. If I don’t know how speak Chinese a bit, I won’t be able to close the curtain close the curtain. Tian Meng JinNing is too high tech for me and it doesn’t understand English

The control of the switches seems confusing at the beginning, perhaps too ‘intelligent’ for ‘non-tech’ people to figure out immediately.

If there's mini refrigerator in room, it would be great.

Love the staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, Xiao Ai and Ms. Dai, they are so nice and helpful, let us feel like staying at home. The hotel has traditional Chinese look, rooms are spacious and stylish with nice and comfortable beds, fine and comfortable bedding, very very powerful air conditioning. The location is great, walking distance to subway and the most valuable must-see "WEST LAKE". It's also very easy to call DIDI(Chinese Uber) in WeChat mini programs. My daughter and I planned to stay for only 2 nights, because of the very pleasant stay, we extended our stay to 4 nights. Thank you all! Thank you, Xiao Ai! for your help in laundry room at midnight! All the Best!!!

Coffee at the coffee station could have been better

The staff were exceptional. Competent and friendly. The area is wonderful with a beautiful walking street only 50 metres away. The restaurant guide they supply via Wechat is very good.

No fridge in room only at reception. Only 1 washing machine and dryer. No locks for toilet and shower doors. Shower area will flood to outside easily if too much water is used.

Friendly staff, walking distance to 2 Metro lines 1 and 7, and Hefang Street, straight bus 195 to Westlake outside hotel. Free common washing machine and dryer but have to wait. Separate toilet and shower rooms. Automatic bidget for toilet Tianmao jingling voice assistant to switch on/off lights and TV. Quiet neighborhood.Wulin station area is more happening with the night market

Location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to major tourist attraction places. The friendly staffs at the front desk especially Xiao Zhang (小张). She is so kind to assist in terms of showing us the direction and helping us to boom the taxi!

I tried to take a bath but the water was not staying in the bathtube for long. Also it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

The Staff was really really kind and helpful. It was clean and the location was excellent. The AC was efficient and they let us use some umbrellas for the rainy day.
