Como todos los hoteles en China, deben mejorar en limpieza y, sobre todo, en mantenimiento. Las camas de 1,40 son muy pequeñas para dos personas. Sobre sitio en las habitaciones para ponerlas más grandes. La ventana de nuestra habitación estaba sellada con cinta americana, por ejemplo. Los baños han de modernizarse. Un cortina de ducha en 2025 no es asumible. Los a/a son también modernizables para que no hagan tanto ruido. La gestión de los huéspedes debe mejorarse. La limpieza de la habitación: cuando llegamos el armario tenía mucho polvo y pelos; los potes de champú, gel y acondicionador casi vacíos (no los repusieron en 4 días), la habitación olía a tabaco y no se pueden abrir las ventanas ni la puerta del balcón. Las instalaciones envejecidas y mal arregladas: la silicona alrededor de la bañera, el porta papel higiénico roto, cortina del baño anticuada, el baño sin enchufes, puerta del armario cierra mal, muebles viejos,... Pero lo peor el sofá cama; pedimos una habitación para 3 adultos. Hay una cama doble bastante estrecha y un sofá cama que no tiene colchón. Demasiado duro para que duerma un adulto, deberían informarlo.

Comentario auténticoEl hotel está muy bien ubicado: a 4 o 5 minutos andando de People's Square y del metro (salida 8) por donde pasan 3 líneas, una de ellas lleva a los dos aeropuertos de Shangai en media hora. Además, el Railway Station está a dos paradas (ideal para ir a Suzhou, por ejemplo). El hotel está en Beijing Road: en un paseo de 25 o 30 minutos por esta calle se llega al Bund directamente, y también está a 20 minutos andando de la calle Nanjing. Tienen desayuno asiático y buena opción de desayuno occidental, con máquinas de café, magdalenas, bollería, tostadas, yogur, fruta... Nos tocó un apartamento entero: salón con sofá cama, ya preparado con sábanas y edredón, dormitorio amplio y cómodo, baño y cocina con placa vitrocerámica, frigorífico microondas y lavadora-secadora. Además, te dejan una bolsita de detergente para hacer la colada. Desde el piso 11 podíamos ver algunos rascacielos iluminados por la noche (adjunto foto). Hemos estado muy cómodos, estaba limpio, nos guardaron las maletas en un cuartito en recepción y me parece una opción muy recomendable.
No es algo exclusivo de este hotel, sino de todos los hoteles que hemos probado en China: deberían dejar café en la habitación (sólo dejan té) para los turistas occidentales cafeteros como yo, y sobres de azúcar.
