Love the sense in the lobby; Great location, staff were very friendly , easy access to public transport, breakfast had lots of varieties of choice, loved the fruits - pineapple, water melons and rock melons were the best I had.

ThailandPersonally, it didn't meet my expectations in terms of the welcoming of the staff and also the room. I requested for upper floor but got assigned to a lower floor and there was no explanation for why. The corridor of the 4th floor had an unpleasant smell. Upon check-in, I did inform the hotel that my purse got stolen including the card I gave on the website. so I gotta change the payment method. Apart from not hearing any sympathy, he made a face like I was being ridiculous when I told him that I wanna solve the problem by using my cousin's credit card. My brain understood the procedures of the hotel but my heart felt bad. For packaging of the bathroom amenities should be upgraded. It looked below the standard of the products the four star hotel would use.
The location was very central, and convenient to get around to Xihu Lake, and Hangzhou Tower. Few hotel staff were supportive e.g. when I asked them for help with the air-conditioner setting, one lady helped me by delivering a compactable heater to my room. They also helped me check with a restaurant I would like to go to and booked a taxi.
