You cannot use the swimming pool if you have no swimming cap, the hotel could provide reusable caps.

Location is nice, you can reach all touristic spots by taxi, in-room service

Laundry service was slow... for which the hotel apologised... so - I can't really criticise too much as things occasionally go wrong. All in all an excellent hotel with lovely staff.

as expected, a beautifully modern hotel with high standards of cleanliness, comfort and service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great, the atmosphere was also ok.

Love the scene of the lobby ; staff was friendly ; breakfast was superb, pineapple, water melon and rock melon were super sweet and fresh. Hotel right next to JW Marriott which is the bonus, I had seafood buffet over there.

The hotel and JW Marriott were right next each other, can go to JW Marriott via the hotel lobby . Love the sense in the lobby; Great location, staff were very friendly , easy access to public transport, breakfast had lots of varieties of choice, loved the fruits - pineapple, water melons and rock melons were the best I had.

The room for executive did surprise me and it was a little below my expectations but it was comfortable and with all you'd expect in a normal room. The breakfast is great!! So much choice! Happy hour was good in the lounge but it is a bit small and felt very pushed to use and get out as there isn't room for everyone. Location is good and close to the west lake.

The room was a bit dark with the type of wood being used for the drawers and wardrobe. Also it was carpeted which made the room less cosy.

The location was alright with malls nearby. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. She acceded to our request to have the window unlocked as the room was too stuffy with the heater on.

Personally, it didn't meet my expectations in terms of the welcoming of the staff and also the room. I requested for upper floor but got assigned to a lower floor and there was no explanation for why. The corridor of the 4th floor had an unpleasant smell. Upon check-in, I did inform the hotel that my purse got stolen including the card I gave on the website. so I gotta change the payment method. Apart from not hearing any sympathy, he made a face like I was being ridiculous when I told him that I wanna solve the problem by using my cousin's credit card. My brain understood the procedures of the hotel but my heart felt bad. For packaging of the bathroom amenities should be upgraded. It looked below the standard of the products the four star hotel would use.

The location was very central, and convenient to get around to Xihu Lake, and Hangzhou Tower. Few hotel staff were supportive e.g. when I asked them for help with the air-conditioner setting, one lady helped me by delivering a compactable heater to my room. They also helped me check with a restaurant I would like to go to and booked a taxi.
