How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There were a few little things but the Staff assisted to make my Stay over as time goes by - so am happy in general. (am quite picky with things)
Location is good - has all what we need food & entertainment. No Pool available as yet. Staff was good or tried to assist were can. Cleanses - got better over time. Confirm washer/dryer machine if needed. BEWARE of mosquito - very bad.

Cleanliness is not as good. When we checked in, it was dusty and can see finger prints on the glass balustrades. Floor was dusty and the washing machine was really dirty. I had to clean the washing machine myself before starting to use it. We have informed the office about this and they have sent someone to clean it, but unfortunately I can’t really feel a difference when we’re back to the apartment.
The staff was helpful and friendly. I also like that they provide daily change of our bath towels.

For an international guest WiFi is not suitable so prepare to purchase your own data. The kitchenette is not equipped for cooking. There are no utensils, plates or cooking facilities. Only a fridge/freezer. On request they brought us plastic plates, forks and spoons.
Great location with loads of shopping close by. Supermarket for fresh food and ATM to draw cash. On site is a great restaurant and a small shop to buy water or treats. Daily cleaning and replacement of towels was done. Linen and towels are good quality. Bathroom essentials were provided. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Everything is close, and the main thing is the metro station is near bay because I have a hard time with a taxi .
The location is close to metro and mall and supermarket Sam's.

There are a multiple issues with the property. 1. No Kitchenware, No Cooking/Heating Utensils & NO Cutlery Provided - It being a serviced apartment having a pantry, the basic mentioned above should have been provided. On asking for it, they gave a few disposable plates & disposable cutlery which wasn't enough for a stay on 4 person for 4 nights. Also they provided us with dirty non-induction Cooking Utensil which seems like it could blast any moment when used to heat ready food. 2. False information provided by Reception Team. We were to Check out at 6 am in the morning as we had a flight to catch. One day prior to our checkout, we checked with the Receptionist if the Reception will be open in the morning and we were told that the Reception is operational "24x7". The same is also mentioned on a Plaque Card in the reception. But guess what, at the time of our checkout, the reception was closed with a Sign Board Hung on its Glass Door saying they will open at 9:00 am. Sharing the Photo of the same for your knowledge and reference. 3. At the time of Checkin they took excess amount and said that they will consider the Difference amount as a deposit and will refund the same at the time of checkout. The same has not yet been refunded as their Reception was non operational at the time of checkout and their responses are not helpful at all.
The locality seems newly developed so its clean and neat.

The apartment comes with a kitchenette but no pots, pans or cutlery to cook with. The cleaning wasn't that great. The pillowcase had an odor of sweat.
The area is nice. Metro walking distance

Front door isn't soundproofing, always hear other tenants talking and closing the door The nightshift staff should be able to communicate in English.
Facilities in the room are great. Good air-conditioning, good room service, and the room size with 3 bedrooms are just more than enough for family trip. Location is good, next to the subway station and 2 shopping malls.

We love the Hotel :) It was very worth it for the price. If you are looking for a good budget friendly hotel you can book this one. Free Bottled Water is available and you can take as much as you want (reasonably ofcourse ) The staff is also very friendly! Had a lot of fun talking with them and getting to know the area around guangzhou! The place is also very brand new. And they offer everyday cleaning which is nice :)
