Great location with plenty to see & eat & do at nite. Was hard to find at first. Signage is small & street closed with traders on Sat nite. Staff ok. Room was small but ok. Breakfast could be better.

Location is rather good, there’s many restaurants in the area and a convenience. It is very close to the park entrance the rooms were extremely clean. Staffs are professional and polite. They know the tourist destination really well including which routes should we take. Super pleasant experience.

Best location, situate in Wulinyuan town, Super comfortable bed to make u sleep well. The staff were super helpful, the room was lovely and bright . Communication barrier irradiated immediately with WeChat connected at arrival for any questions dealt with quickly!

The location of the Hotel was very good,5minutes walk from park. Rooms were very clean and bed was soft(not easy in China).The staff were very, very helpful, especially thanks to Carol, She helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages. Best stay in zhangjiajie.

The perfect location,next to the park entrance. The room is very clean and comfortable. Night market just on the main stree. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Everything is great.

Very good location, You can walk to east gate of the park. there are so many restaurants within walking distance or supermarkets just next to hotel. Lily help us to book all park and give the tickets detail in advance. Also, she explained to us very well so that we would know how to visit the best visiting directions and avoid the overcrowded inside the park .

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us.They are always ready to answer our many questions and assist wherever possible we needed.

The location is great, fiver minutes walk to park entrance,and closet to all of the scenic areas. and the room, well-designed, comfortable room.There are many restaurants and shop around the hotel. Lily was amazing as she helped us organize all of our tours and took care of all the bookings we needed, helped to get best local experience for our trip in zhangjiajie.

The location of the hotel was perfect,close to east gate. the staff were unbelievably friendly and organized entrance tickets, booking train station transfers, which superb helpful for summer vacation, There are food stores and shop nearby hotel. Would recommended to everyone who want to visiting Zhangjiajie.

Nothing bad to say

When we arrived there was a very helpful English-speaking receptionist, who helped us tremendously. The hotel is nicely designed, both the lobby and the rooms. The location is just superb, a walking distance from the park entrance, as well as on the pedestrian food street at night.

The receptionist on the second day was much less helpful. The room was okay but a bit small, and we had two beds instead of large bed.

Great location, 2 mins from the entrance to the forest park 😍 Super helpful staff, especially Carol - she is indispensable when it comes to booking tickets and transfers.

Breakfast is super basic: foreign Muslim guests could only eat bread and eggs. It’d be great to add at least chicken or plain noodles or cookies to fill up before going to the mountains

No elevator

Perfect location. Very helpful staff with organizing our stay and sightseeing in the area. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Available washing machine and a dryer! We would definitely recommend to everyone.

Good sized bedroom, very good laundry facilities and places to hang washing. Breakfast was basic but good.

Hotel was very damp. This was partly due to the location.

No English speaking staff. Although they tried very hard using translation apps, it was a disappointment especially after reading earlier reviews.

Very spacious room with nice decor. I liked that the room had 2 air conditioners. One for the bedroom and another one for the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The room was very clean overall. Breakfast was included. I ate fried eggs with bread and also tried some Chinese food that was available. They have an espresso machine which produced good enough coffee. I was debating between Pullman and this hotel, but ended up choosing this one as it seemed newer and much closer to the national park. Very happy I chose this one and would recommend it. Good value for money. I ate at the restaurant that connects to the hotel and liked the food.

No AC in the lobby which made that area uncomfortably hot. There was only one English speaking person at the front desk, therefore it was hard to communicate at times. Still, I found that in most hotels I stayed in China, the front desk staff didn’t speak English.
