The room is very clean and nice. The staff is very enthusiastic, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. They gave me a map of the ancient city and enthusiastically marked the address and performance time. It is located between South Street and the county government, and it is very convenient to visit the scenic spots.

This hotel is located in the very center of the city, so it is extremely convenient in order to fully enjoy the city by walk. At the same time, the bedrooms are well inside and away from the main street so that one can enjoy a perfectly noiseless night of sleep. Most importantly, the whole staff and especially the onwer are EXTREMELY kind, trustworthy and helpful: they even helped us shipping a bulky shopping item we bought in Pingyao to Italy. Absolutely recommended to any traveller and will 100% come back here next time I will visit Pingyao.

Excellent location right in the middle of Pingyao ancient town surrounded by restaurants and shops etc. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. They offered drop off and pick up from the railway station at a very little cost and because cars are not allowed inside of the ancient city, someone from the hotel will wait and greet at the entrance gate. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoy and immerse yourself in the beauty and charming ancient China.

Everything about it was amazing. First of all, location is absolutly perfect, right in the center of the old town, right next to the crossing of the two main steets. And despite that, we were well isolated from the noise in the evening. The room was very cosy, located at the back of a traditional courtyard. It was spotless and looked great. We even received a lovely little carpackage with local specialities. And last but not least, the personnel was extremely kind and accomodating. Alice gave us all the tips and information on how best to visit Pingyao and helped us with reservations and ticket purchasing, etc…

Maybe it'd be nice to have breakfast options as they have a small cafeteria.. could be nice to have some western pastries etc..

Alice was amazing and 100% available all the time.. All the staff was great even though their English was limited. The hotel is in a nice old building, the rooms are simple but nice and clean. It's right in the city centre but you wouldn't feel the noise of the main street from the rooms.

The hotel is located on Yamen Street, enjoying an excellent location. It is very close to Yaxian The receptionist lady is very attentive and has a pleasant attitude. Looking forward to staying here again!! he room is extremely clean and tidy. The Chinese-style courtyard offers a great experience. The mattress is very soft and comfortable, and the room is quiet. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes good.

The inn is located near the bustling South Street in the ancient city, within easy reach of all scenic spots. The front desk staff were warm and patient, providing excellent service. They gave us maps and explained the routes to major attractions as well as local characteristic restaurants. They addressed our questions promptly and patiently, and even gave us local specialty souvenirs when we checked out.
