We loved the location. The neighborhood was very interesting and had a really local feel, right in the middle of the old town. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Liz who worked at the front desk was really helpful and helped us arrange tours and had helpful suggestions for things to do and see.. There was also a washing machine that guests can use for free.

The air conditioner did not work very well.

The location was awesome. Perfectly located in the Muslim Quarter it exceeded our expectations. Food vendors and grocers were located just feet away from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. If you are looking for bustling streets and local food and culture this area will not disappoint. The only complaint was the air conditioner did not work well.

Entrance is not how it looks like on the pictures and gives a messy impression. Quite far from the nearest metro station.

Rather central in the city. Although the street is very loud, the room we got was quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. English spoken. Simple but clean rooms. Fine beds.

Vegetarians may not like staying in the old town as the sight and odor of exposed meat is unavoidable along every street. The room was comparatively overpriced for what as offered in return, which seems to have primarily the location.

Located in the Muslim Quarter in the heart of old city within walking distance of the Drum and Bell Towers, where there are ongoing exhibitions. Also, near the ancient mosque and the Gao family home. The streets here are bustling with commerce, food stalls offering traditional dishes and snacks. It's also easy to hail a taxi to go anywhere. Detergent is provided for do-it-yourself laundry. The double room was of ample size for our two large suitcases. The shelf along the wall served as a workdesk with several wall sockets within reach. There is usually only one person, if at all. at the reception desk. Our room had a particularly noisy bathroom ventilator in need of immediate repair.

This property is right in the middle of the food district, we loved the smell of hot bread as we woke up in the morning! The staff were super nice and the room was very clean. The beds were really comfortable too. We would definitely come back and stay again.

The location was fantastic, a quaint inn near Muslim quarters. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and efficient. They are very quick to reply on wechat. Even though we arrived late at night (around 3am) they still waited for us and also helped to arrange transport from the airport. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We had a great stay in Xi An thanks to this accommodation. The price is very reasonable as well. The road outside the inn is a bit narrow and there are a lot of cars, so you have to be careful when walking outside.

Pity no facility for breakfast. I went across the road and that, for me, was fine.

Nobody warned us about the windows to the hallway. It didn’t affect us as we booked far rooms with the actual windows to the street but, it was unpleasant seeing naked lady casually laying on the bed while passing by her room.

We had two beautiful rooms, bright and spacious. Bathrooms need some attention with the fittings that are faulty. Reception staff is absolutely amazing that cannot be said for the reception area that reminds more of the fast food restaurant than hotel!?
