Well located, great setting and comfy bed! The owner spoke perfect English and helped me organise my trip to tiger leaping gorge, putting me in a group chat with other staff, including my driver and stayed in contact (days after I had checked out) until my hike was over, to help organise my pick up so I could make my train on time. Gave me a packed breakfast as well! Throughly recommend.

Great location in the old city. Staff were super helpful in organising day trips and onward travel to Tiger Leaping Gorge. Very comfortable beds and free laundry facilities

Room floor and walls need a refurnishing. Also bed side lamps required. Coffee machine or simple accessories would be nice.

Old city is good but it is a special shopping area with crowds of people around. However in the hotel it is quiet. Everything is more expensive in this area rather than in other parts in the city.

Very nice atmosphere, good people that work there and always eager to assist ans recommend where to go. Helped us to find very good guide and it was importnat. Even though the hotel is in the walking area of the city, the hotel help to carry the luggage. And also helped to arrange taxi to the station. The administrator speaks good English and very helpful.

The property was right in the middle old town. Beautiful setting, great hospitality and super comfortable beds. I arrived at 2:00am and was greeted with a smile a wine and the electric blanket was on. Wang Fengyi took me fishing for the day. The last day before I left I was invited to a beautiful dinner. I can’t recommend them enough. Simply the best.

Beautiful place in the old town- but in a calmer area (which is great). Very helpful staff- they helped us with everything: pick up from and to the train station, keeping our bags when we travelled and organizing a driver to the Tiger's Leaping Gorge. Thank you so much!

From the minute we walked into the property we felt welcomed by the staff, like family. Joye in particular made our stay so convenient, repeatedly going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Plus the accomodation is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. All of them made our experience incredible.

The owner gave us a really warm welcome, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They helped us book tickets and even packed us some breakfast to go for our trip.

The staff are very hard working. I came from Dali by shared taxi. One of the staff came all the way out to meet me along the main road as the hotel is a few blocks inside. She did the same for my tour pick-ups. There is also someone attached to this hotel to help out on day trips, airport transfers, shared taxis to pr from another town. This guy knows English. The place is well maintained. Heater, hot water and electric blanket work.
