    When check in need to pay for deposit even booked by Booking.com at website and when check out room cannot get any credit card receipt for cancled depoist and if add cost meals etc..

    Everything was great , peaceful location

    Location of this hotel is fine as it's close to the beach and several different shopping centers with restaurants are in the vicinity of the hotel.

    Although we received an upgrade to a suite (after complaint about hygiene in our room) which was better than the room that we initially booked, overall my option about this hotel is: 1. Very dirty, couch in the rooms are totally worn out and dirty. 2. Mold in the sink of the bathroom. 3. Rooms are advertised with sofa bed but even in the family room there was no sofa bed for my child. I send the hotel a message about the sofa bed prior to our check in but I received no response on my message, this showed a lack of attention and professionalism. 4. Negative response on requests by hotel staff every time I had a request (I requested extra bed amenities as I needed to make up the couch as a bed for my child myself and I also requested ice cubes as the minibar in our suite was broken). Just only by convincing the staff that I really needed what I requested, they fulfilled my requests. I had to request extra bed amenities 2 times because the staff was not capable of making up the couch in the room that we were upgraded to after our complaint, as also the suite did not have a sofa bed. 5. No extra set of blanket and pillow in the room. 6. When I requested an extra blanket, the staff did not understand what a blanket was. A blanket is quite a standard term in hotels, the level of English of the staff was really poor. 7. There was an extra charge for breakfast for my child while I booked my stay including breakfast and in my reservation there was no notice that there is a charge for breakfast for children above 4 years old. 8. The breakfast restaurant looks more like a staff canteen than a restaurant of a nice up-scale hotel. 9. The restrooms of the swimming pool was very dirty and smelled like a public toilet on the street. 10. The swimming pool was not continuously guarded by staff.

    having Starbucks at their lobby

    coffee at Starbucks much different taste compared to other Starbucks, also this Starbucks cannot accept cash transaction without notifying customer before ordering. The property should have bellboys to assist on luggages.
