Unfortunately I only stayed one night at this place but it’s a beautiful guest house in Lijiang Old Town. The most outstanding thing to me is the staff. They helped me to book transport to Tiger leaping gorge with different requirements that I had and even followed up with me on the transport after I checked out. Excellent service!! :)

Very minor, but the shower was a bit slippery because the exhaust fan didn’t work so the water on the floor never dried. We have had this at a few accommodations in China.

The location is great! It is just on the outskirts of old town, so you have the convenience of only walking about 15 mins into the centre, but it is also quiet for your downtime. There are lots of good choices for restaurants on the street just out the front of the hotel so you don’t have to walk far for a meal, either. The room was great. A firm mattress (as with most accommodation in China) but that did us fine. We also booked a room with a bath which was an added bonus! We used the free self- service laundry service which was much needed! There was plenty of space to dry our clothes on the upstairs veranda as well. The staff were also super helpful organising our transfer from Dali, and then our transfer to the Tiger Leaping Gorge and onto Shangri-La. Overall, thanks for a great stay!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even send a staff to fetch us from the main road. The hotel provide the free laundry. The staff gave us the best advise to travel around the Lijiang old town.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and can speak English. They helped and guide us for halal eatery around the Old Town. They help to arrange for transportation to and from Lijiang Railway Station. They allowed us to keep baggage at their place after checkout, the room was clean. The place is at South Gate Lijiang Old Town.

Such a great stay! The hotel is great, good location and facilities. The real star is the incredibly helpful staff!! They are truly amazing in a way that will make your stay so wonderful and easy. They help you find the property very easily, come help you with your luggage at the edge of town, and are always available for any questions you might have about anything. They were a tremendous help in assisting me getting to the Tiger Leaping Gorge and on my way to Shangri-La. They were so sweet to keep checking up on me to make sure all went smoothly, I could find the driver and to make sure the driver knew exactly where to drop me off. Highly recommend.

It’s amazing 🤩 The room is so clean, not dusty. The room has heater 🌟 Toiletries and towel provided The location is very good. It’s in the ancient street . A lot of food options around. The caretaker is very kind and helpful. The lady and guy is very good. The guy can speak English. We took the Snow mountain package from them. It’s quite cheap compared to others. They get us the tickets, transportation, oxygen cylinder, over coat and free lunch as well. It made our tour much smoother and relaxed. -no insects seen -no paranormal activity 😆

We were very happy with our stay. It can be good to be aware that the hot water might vary a little, however we think this is quite normal.

Please note that this is a small, cosy hotel and can not be compared with all the facilities modern, high end hotels provide. The room was very clean and had good interior. The building is a kind of old fashioned courtyard which makes it very unique and nice. There are complementary water bottles and they provide pick up service for a fee. If you take a taxi to the nearest drop off point they can come and pick you up with a small transport scooter. Very convenient. Service minded staff: the staff is very good! They are super nice and proactive with communication. If you have WeChat they establish a group for communication. They did their utmost to cater for our needs. We felt very well cared for. They can also provide some travel ideas and assist with booking some tours. Location: the hotel is located right outside the old city of Lijiang. Very convenient for exploring the city and a nice neighbourhood. There are several restaurants in the vicinity and some small convenience stores.

The staff is very helpful and picked us up and transported our luggage. It is near with lijiang old town city centre . The room floor was warm,( got heat warmer) really great for winter, plus the staff did welcome us with tea . Evrything is great. They even ask for checkout time so they can help us with luggage.
