the room size and hotel location

room curtains are never cleaned. bring dust and discomfort to an asmatic person. carpets are very dirty and stuffy. please remove and replace with tiles. one lady who is a supervisor at the front desk reception doesn't treat customers with respect. customer ettiquette zero

Mattress on bed very hard. Unpleasant smell in room. Shower in first room very awkward in the middle of the room and long wait for cold water.

There is nothing i liked about this hotel.

The staff behaviour is really bad..they charge much more as from booking.com and also the rooms are very very dirty and have very bad smell..lobby area is also not good..the waiting area sofas are like trash and have bad smell.also every time they block our room key. Even we pay 5 days advance and its really discuting..feel ashamed to come back on counter again and again and ask them to recharge again our room key everyday..

Breakfast quality is very poor..and time is very very short..also some time we cannot get.what we want again...

Some of staff member could not concentrate and behavior also not good. One of manager don't know name but behavior is very rude....

Specially Sales Manager Mr. Nobote is very nice person way of talk and support was outstanding.

Dirty not worth the money they never changed my sheets bed bugs

Honestly nothing I payed for breakfast included I got food poisoned the 1st day I ask to get a refund I didn’t wanna eat there they refused I got bite by bed bugs I asked for a refined to go somewhere else they refused I have pics with bites all over my body

The hotel is in a very bad state and should not be operating at all as for the price they charge for such disaster.

- Rather decrepit, old hotel and facilities in a rundown area of town - Window leading to god-knows-where, rug covering most of the room that I was afraid to touch barefoot, clogged shower that would pile up water and leak it into the rest of the bathroom if you showered for 5 or more minutes - value for money, especially during Canton fair. Book ahead of time (like at least two or more months) and you'll have a good chance of ending up in something more modern for less. - charged more than what was on my booking confirmation - front desk speed and level of English is very low for a hotel than is mainly occupied by foreign clientele

- I liked having a roof above my head - hotel manager/s (not sure how many managers there are as two have introduced themselves as such on different occasions) were okay. Actually pleasant if spoken to in Chinese. - they brought me some of my favourite Chinese fruit at one point
