Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

So it is ok. n hope to install mosquito window with steel. and in computer they couldn't find my booking well but staffs tried their best to find it. so thanks for their sincerity ~♡

SingaporeThe room had a slight cigarette smell eventhough we requested for a non-smoking room. Perhaps it was but again there were guests who smoked earlier. Breakfast was reasonable.
Room was ok. Location was good as it is near a good shopping centre and the Metro, eventhough initially it was not easy to find as the entrance is hidden from the main road. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is very helpful and very nice. They are attentive to all our needs and very knowledgeable. Everything is well arranged and well explained. Latest Check out timing is at 2pm, Which is super awesome. Room is spacious and is well equipped with everything required. Location is very good too!!! Not too close to the main road yet close to prime shopping district (tian he area). We had a great time staying at this hotel. Super Value for money! Interior might look a little retro/not very new but it’s fine! They change the sheets and do house keeping everyday. Love it!
