Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RussiaI was actually a bit scared on my way to the airport bc I landed at Harbin at night so the driver was taking me to the hostel for about 20 mins through the streets with absolutely no lights saying nothing bc of the lack of english/Chinese skills and without any wi-fi around but it turned out well
I really liked it! The owners were nice and friendly even though they couldn’t speak English at all. The room was big and comfortable. I had a nice time watching chinese dramas :) they also provide you the bus from the airport and even wake you up to bring you to airport again if needed

United KingdomThe rooms were a little dirty. The location is a complete lie; it is in Balibao Village 八里堡村, not right next to the airport as they have registered themselves on the map; the ride to the airport is a very bumpy 15-30 minutes. They provided a tiny ration of toilet paper and very little soap/shampoo in sachets of about 8 mL (to be fair, we did not ask for more, and just made do, giving them no chance to correct the situation). The second stay, there were a couple of insects on my bed. The cleaning was not thorough.
The staff will always do their job (administrate, drive you to/from the airport, sell you snacks) even though it may look like they are chilling or lounging when you first see them. Cup noodles and other stuff was available for purchase at prices acceptable to me. They provided very ample bottled water.
