They do not have much amenities for baby or toddlers. It would be better if they can provide bottle sterilizer and stepping stool and toilet training seat and nappy disposal bin.

The location is excellent. It's in close proximity to West lake and a big shopping mall. It's great for family traveling with young and old generation. The room was modern and clean and big compared to other local hotels. The staff was very helpful too. My parents have left something at the hotel after check out and they were kind enough to locate and send it back to me by courier. We were very grateful for their help.

The smell of the rooms could be improved. Not sure it is due to the smell of the cleansing detergents/chemicals used, or due to the leftover smell from previous guests.

The location is superb. We took morning walk to the West Lake and felt great. The Kerry shopping centre nearby also provided great experience for dining and shopping.

I really enjoy the hotel's location and the room itself. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a lake view room, and the view is absolutely stunning. The hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping center, and there’s another shopping center within walking distance. It's incredibly practical for exploring the area. In the mornings, I take a run around the lake, which is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel.

I loved the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were great. The hotel is perhaps a little older and shows signs left and right that it needs maintenance, the shower is perhaps the only thing that really wasn’t great as there was not enough water pressure.

The only thing we did not like is that the SPA facilities like sauna or jacuzzi are located inside changing rooms so as a couple you cannot enjoy these together. But I guess this is not specific to this hotel only in China.

The hotel is located near the west lake and 8min from the metro station. The beds and the pillows were super comfy. The staff is very helpful, especially in the lobby.

The interior is not as modern as I expected it should be. You can tell it’s a not a newly designed hotel.

Location is good, 10minutes walk to west lake. Hotel is adjacent to Kerry Centre mall so it’s very convenient if you want to grab food or coffee.

It was a little challenging for travellers who, like me are not that well-versed in communicating in Mandarin. Was expecting a Shanghai-La Hotel to have at least one staff member at the front desk with basic level of English to manage guests who can’t speak Mandarin but English.

Clean and location. It’s annexed to the high-end Hangzhou Kerry Centre that also houses in addition to various fashion stores, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes. There is also an underground metro station - Fengqi Road Station, 5 mins walk away.

1) The room deco is a little worn out. 2) Traffic could be very bad at the hotel area during rush hours or weekend. We called a cab and it took him almost an hour to arrive even we could see the car was only 2 blocks away!

The room is spacious, can comfortably accommodate 2 persons. Hotel has a good location as it's connected to a shopping mall, very close to a night market/shopping street (1 block away) and at walking distance to the West Lake.
