We arrived hotel at midnight and depart to train station early in the morning, didn't have much time to explore around the hotel, the overall environment is serene and clean. Bed very comfortable and breakfast are delicious. This will be my first choice hotel if i wanted to stay near the train station (Hangzhou East Station).

My only comment which is not really related to the hotel itself is that it’s a bit far from the metro station. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. It had a pretty big assortment from Asian to western cuisine.

I wish that there were clearer directions for me to locate the hotel from the Hangzhou Railway station. My mode of transportation was mostly the metro and the high speed rail. The location from the station was not far but it can be confusing. All the buildings around the area appear similar.. It will always be helpful for any traveler if is stated which exit and which metro station can a guest take. Locating the hotel with 3 large luggage was my only stressful event.

I like the warm, helpful and friendly staffs. There was one particular staff that I regret not asking her name. She had so much initiatives such as to help me add WeChat and reassure me that I could always ask for help if I needed to. My issues were mostly from my lack of ability to communicate in Chinese. She was fluent enough in the English Language to understand me. The staff left me with such a good impression of Hangzhou. The hotel price is very affordable. The rooms met my expectations because I wanted something practical and comfortable. Once you are familiar with the location of the hotel, it is very convenient for metro, high speed rail and access to some convenience store and restaurants around the area.

Self service laundry no good, need to wait more than 4 hours, and location far than expectation, need more than 20 minutes to arrive at west lake

front desk staff is not friendly. i have paid breakfast for 4 pax, however, when i walked into the restaurant for breakfast, staff asked for extra paid and claimed that i only paid for 2 pax. is quite some distance from city center

Some distance from public transport and attractions and malls. The guard does not allow private drivers into the compound which is an inconvenience getting cabs and dropping off.

Staff was friendly. There’s self service laundry available. Close proximity to Hang Zhou East railway station.

Can’t find it easily. Hidden the building. Not to easy for taxi pick and drop especially when you have bags.

we booked a room for 3 person for 2 night stayed , the room rate was 3 pax, but the towel given 2pcs.

Environment good, very clean. The location not close Hangzhou East Train center杭州东站, you have to walk 20min distance to reach Hotel. The staff not reply when we email to enquiry the correct exit from East Train center.

Far from tourist destinations and city centre. Limited breakfast spread and it’s payable.

Convenient, there are many eateries right adjacent to the hotel. Nicely decorated with good small gym and self-help laundry.

A distance is a bit far to Metro, but it is still walkable.

A bit far from any metro stations (15mn of walk)

Excellent hotel, quite close to the Hangzhou Railway Station, has a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. We had a great night staying there. Highly recommended, next time in China I'll look into SSAW hotels for staying!

1. No doorstep entry to lobby, need to alight at public road and drag luggage to lobby 2. The safe deposit box is not functioning 3. Can not make local phone call in room 4. Shampoo and body gel run out but no refill

Don’t like that the aircon not strong n internet also not strong to be used.

No Aircon on ready so room was way too hot. As arrived at midnight and leaving early it took ages to cool down so did not get a good nights sleep

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was raining when we check out and a lady front desk staff called a taxi for us to send us to the train station and even paid for the taxi ride. I am very grateful with this act of kindness.
