Location location

The sink pipe had some foul smell. The microwave should be discarded. Total foul smell.

Cozy place, with two king size bed, a small kitchen but no cups/plates or utensils. The beds are a bit hard but comfy. A kettle, microwave, manual washing machine/no dryer and fridge is available. Lots of food stalls nearby, West Lake and large shopping malls within 15minutes walk. There's a night market nightly right in front of the hotel and halal food options nearby too. The reception can arrange for private car tours and lots of taxis outside too.

The location is very convenience, many restaurants around, however there is no big hypermarket, the convenience store downstair selling things very expensive. The metro station is located 800 meters away, no friendly to disabilities.

The room did not have heater, we feel cool at night.

The room is cheap. But cheap thing is not good

The room is in bad condition and not easy to get the key. The bathroom is small and water heater is not automatically. We need to use it as soon as possible otherwise you will need to bath with cold water or you need to wait for the temperature up then continue again. The washing machine is so dirty.

The toilet bowl was stuck easily, receptionist couldn't find my continuous bookings

The property is a steal! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and the room fitted us comfortably. Location was good, the apartment was clean (there's basic housekeeping) and the staff were helpful with our requests. There's also a washing machine we can use (you can request free detergent from the property).

You can leave luggage at their reception, but I would say it's at your own risk. Otherwise there's really nothing I didnt like about the property!

The location was very easy accessable by walking. The room and bed is cleaned. No noise pollution from outside. Room size is a little small but is good for a family of 3.

The shower room is too small. There is a microwave but no plates and spoon or fork provided.

Very spacious comfortabe room with a good view. There is a washing machine and a drying rack in my room so it makes managing my laundry better. Good location, near food street.

Controlled curtains sometimes works or unhooks. Automated toilet bowl but no switch.

The unit and room are pretty run down and look dirty. Wifi not working well even after feedback to the staff. Poor ventilated during winter. Dark corridor with smoking smell.

Location was not bad, near scenic area and shopping mall. Had a night market across the road.

Bed was very hard.

Went to the reception and collect the room, very straightforward.

The apartment fittings were outdated. And I wasn’t aware of renovation was taking place when we were there.

The room is spacious n clean. The front desk personal is very helpful. They even provide a washing machine in the room for us.

When i was taking this family room, i was not expecting that the family already there. Roach family. Other: nobody speaks English, hard to find the hotel, mold, conditioner work badly, noisy.

Good location. Will stay against 👍👍
