The stay here now was even better than the last. The staff let us store our excess luggage so that we could pick it up a month later from then (this stay). We could also order stuff online and get packages delivered to the hotel. They have a robot that delivers food to your room if you order from Mei Tuan! The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever in Hangzhou again! 10/10!

The location is spectacular and justifies the name. Hotel staff were very supportive of our late checkout as we got stuck in traffic and crossed the checkout time by few hours. They were kind enough to not charge extra. Many good fast food joints like KFC and Dominos pizza within few feet from the property.

No refrigerator available. Toilet should be 100% closed door with wall to the ceiling. The gap between wall and ceiling of the toilet and also shower are strange. Smoking in the hallway should be prohibitted too.

The nearest metro is Wulinmen and not Wulin Square so the information in Booking.com is not accurate. Wulinmen is just one stop after Wulin Square on Line 2. Wulinmen station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Nothing to complain about for the price. The only part was that because the toilet was abit of an open air concept so if someone takes a dump, the other party can hear sounds and smell. But honestly, this is a small issue.

The location was ideal as it is near to wulin night market and it is walkable distance to big malls.

The only strange thing is that the shower cabine and the WC share one single door.

Very nice small hotel in very central location, near Subwaystation WuLinMen. Very friendly service staff. The room is quite big with a sofa and a table. We had a room with balcony and view of the canal. The breakfast room has connection to a lovely small garden. Very useful is also the wash machine an dryer on the roof terrace, for free.
