This hotel provide delicious breakfast, location is nice, very clean room, have free service laundry, not slippery in bathroom, robot working in the hotel, comfortable and friendly atmosphere, fridge on reception.

Little bit noisy outside (traffic sounds) if you keep open window on 9 floor.

The location was close to the West Lake and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bonus points for the free laundry service available!

We loved everything

The stay here now was even better than the last. The staff let us store our excess luggage so that we could pick it up a month later from then (this stay). We could also order stuff online and get packages delivered to the hotel. They have a robot that delivers food to your room if you order from Mei Tuan! The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever in Hangzhou again! 10/10!

The location is spectacular and justifies the name. Hotel staff were very supportive of our late checkout as we got stuck in traffic and crossed the checkout time by few hours. They were kind enough to not charge extra. Many good fast food joints like KFC and Dominos pizza within few feet from the property.

Services, modern design, price, and cleaness.

No refrigerator available. Toilet should be 100% closed door with wall to the ceiling. The gap between wall and ceiling of the toilet and also shower are strange. Smoking in the hallway should be prohibitted too.

Good location, good breakfast, rooms are comfortable.

The nearest metro is Wulinmen and not Wulin Square so the information in Booking.com is not accurate. Wulinmen is just one stop after Wulin Square on Line 2. Wulinmen station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

No separation between bathroom and bedroom. Swinging door for either shower or toilet, one is always open. Could hear the cars passing by.

Music would not turn off in our room and when we called the lobby it redirected us to the room next door. Also, would be great to have actual walls for the barhroom/shower area. Otherwise all great!

Lovely hotel and very nice staff. Very nice breakfast inside seats or outside on a nice terrace. Great laundry deck upstairs. Well-designed rooms.

Lack of common area.

Modern and clean hotel which had their interior design resembling the vibe of a Muji Hotel. What stood out the most was the smooth check in and check out process. We had no issues at all. All information were provided at check in (i.e. laundry, check in and out time, breakfast and amenities). We experienced great service from the staffs. They were friendly, helpful and accepted my Taobao orders on my behalf without being annoyed by it (I had a lot). The room had bluetooth sound system which can be controlled by your phone and the curtains were electronically controlled - a nice modern feature of the hotel.

There was no exhaust fan above the toilet and it was not enclosed, meaning the smell could escape and travel to sleeping area. This was particularly disturbing and unsanitary.... Additionally the door for the toilet is also the door for the shower. This was particularly awkward when staying with a friend as both facilities could not be used at the same time.
