There are already tea cups and an electric kettle in the room, so it would be nice if guests were provided with teaspoons, too. Also, the bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t lock it, hope, the hotel will fix this inconvenience.

It’s a nice, modern, and stylish hotel not far from main attractions of Xian. We liked the room, the staff was willing to help, lots of details made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Good location, within walking distance to city wall. Nice, very helpful staff, they helped us with organizing our programs in Xian. We were served breakfast even when we were a bit late. There was a separate room for the cats, my kids loved it very much.

Finding hotels in China is a bit complicated but not impossible 😅

I was completely satisfied with my stay at this Hotel. Great position, very good price–quality ratio, and friendly staff. My room had two comfortable beds and a huge bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and think it’s excellent value for money. Really important were: 1. Free laundry 2. Fridge inside of the room

Nothing. We were very glad to find a place as advertised, it is exactly as shown online.

Lovely hotel. Offered a complimentary coffee upon arrival. As well as cold water and tea available. There was a bar and they offered breakfast at an extra cost but we did not have any. They had a cat room! You have to book an appointment time to see them, the seemed happy and healthy and had a mix of different ages. The hotel was easy to locate and they have a big bright sign outside. Its pretty close to the Xi'an wall, it took about 15 minutes to walk to. We used the laundry room - everything worked well, dryer included. Fun art pieces found inside the hotel, front desk was helpful but sometimes had a language barrier. The rooms were very nice - large and comfy, slippers included. Heated toilet seat and a rainfall shower. But black hair was left on the floor upon check-in.

We loved everything about this place. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the city wall. All the spaces are clean, pleasant, very artsy. The staff is very good and super helpful. Many of them speak decent English. Our room was great, super comfortable, bog enough for 3 people to unpack and have space to relax after the whole day. Breakfast choices were good and once day we had to leave early and got our breakfast pack to take away, it was so nice and thoughtful. We visited the cat room once, our daughter loved the experience. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'An!

Breakfast was eh…not bad, but nothing to remember. Coffee, however, was just fine.

This property was absolutely wonderful - a little off the main path, but still close enough to easily commute to the site seeing areas. Friendly, helpful staff who shared real interest in making our stay comfortable. Rooms that were not extravagant, but comfortable, clean and cozy. Had self-serve laundered and a gym that were easy to access.

Room where people have been smoking before. Not one word english which makes it a hassle from time to time to communicate. Impression that there is an issue with the bar (owned by another company) as it was never open during our stay.

Lighting: The lighting in the apartment were a bit dim. It will be great if the lightings can be brighter. Also the lighting at the front door is also dim and this is not very helpful when we are trying to open the door. Locks: The door of the common bathroom has no lock. It can be inconvenient if we are staying with friends. And there is no lock on our bedroom doors or it is not working.

The bed was comfortable and items in the rooms were well maintained. Every one of the staff was very helpful and responsive, greet with a smile and welcoming. Must mention that the little robot which brought our food delivery to our room is very cute. Although we do not have a microwave oven in the room, the staff was happy to help us heat up our food. The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room was a big plus too!

Didn't find a place to hang towels. No safe in the room to store valuables. Breakfast selection is good, but not much variety overall. Light control is sometimes hard to master.

The staff was very friendly. There is a cat cafe and my daughter loved it. The room was very clean, the bed very big and comfortable. It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. They have a very modern toilet and the family liked it so much that we will get one for our home. The decoration was amazing. thanks.

It’s about a 15 minutes walk to tourist areas. I love a walk but for people who don’t then you might was to stay in the wall.

Great hotel staff and great hotel. Breakfast it worth getting up for. Great and cheap dinner options across the road. Places of places to eat and a 7 Eleven across the road. Was quiet and super comfortable. Hotel staff went great and super helpful. Great amenities and brilliant laundry facilities.

Welcoming, clean, small hotel. 10 minute walk to the wall. 15 min level walk from metro station. Laundry room. Breakfast provided plus a welcome coffee and unlimited bottled water. Loved the tatami lounging area in the room. Fabulous shower. Interesting things to look at.

The breakfast was okay but nothing special. Metro station is a fair walk away but as long as walking not a problem, it’s perfectly doable.

The room and beds were extremely comfortable and I enjoyed the sound system. The tatami area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Cool bars and restaurants within walking distance and conveniently located.
