    I like the employees, very helpful. the location is very good for business travelers.

    The breakfast can use improvements. And TV channels for foreign travelers needs to be available .

    The room was spectacular! The lobby and every area of the hotel was very well decorated. The service and attention from everyone in the hotel was exceptional. Everyone so kind, helpful and attentive in even the smallest details. Breakfast great! A lot of options for western cuisine. Great location quiet, supermarket and big mall Wanda mall really close. We recommended 100%

    Good location

    The room management software broke down and we were sent to an existing guest room and the door key let us in, even though there was a guest inside: the towels were old and frayed; there was only one towel in the room and we had to ask her another one; The swimming pool was constantly overcrowded with children taking swimming lessons

    Mattress was good.

    Staff doesnt speak English. Manager doesnt speak English. Luckuly I had a translator with me. On check-in they wanted to charge me the cost of the stay + an extra 1500 Yuan because we wanted to have dinner in the hotel, and according to them "we may run-away" without paying. This is unacceptable behavior and attitude from the staff of an Hilton hotel!!!! Hotel restaurant doenst have a paper menu in English. I always have bread in the morning with my coffee. On the second morning the bread was the same, they didnt put on fresh bread. Capuccino machine didnt work. I warned the staff but it was malfunctioning during all 3 days.

    The room was clean, warm, and cozy. The swimming pool was amazing.

    1) Check in time was delayed for almost 1 hour, bcs they couldn’t manage to clean up everything. 2) The breakfast wasn’t that good as expected in such branded hotel. It was quite messy.

    Front Desk perfect and staff very helpful. The rooms were clear and very comfortable. All what you need. My clients were very impressed. We booked four rooms.

    The breakfast was a disaster. Claimed to be ready at 6,30 but certain food until 7 am was not ready. It took half an hour to get 2 fried eggs. Staff could not speak English and with any questions, they would simply disappear and never can back to you. In the end gave up asking and just left, went out for a coffee at Starbucks. I thought I was unlucky and hope the same would not happen to my clients, but they complained to me as well. Will need to change hotel for the future.
