Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaThe gymnasium didn't provide any towel and no music on site. The pillows were too soft. Even after the hotel provided the wheat pillows, it was still quite uncomfortable.
The facilities provided by the hotel are fantastic, and they got a pool and reasonably equipped gymnasium. The hotel provides a wide spread of choices for breakfast. Front desk staff, Miss Anna, has been very helpful while I was checking out of the hotel.

CanadaIt looks kind of old and it is old. On day 2 of our stay, it happened there were hundreds of noisy women running around having a so-called company party.
I stayed at this hotel because of its appealing price. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great.

United Kingdomfacilities were closed. could have had additional services available. twin rooms - should have washing areas / bathrooms with doors (that are opaque) not tinted glass or whatever fancy design. the people chose separate beds (ie a twin room) because they are not intimate.
My daughter and I stayed between the 24th and 28th - The hotel was a nice hotel in a quiet corner of Nanjing. The issue was that the kitchens were partially closed and the main bar was closed for refurbishment. This meant that one couldn't get any food after 9 pm - fortunately after a long days travel (and checkin after 9pm).. we were offered some bread rolls and butter!! In addition, at the time there was nowhere to be other than our room or a few chairs in reception without a drink - but we managed this. One notable mention is William Zhang he really did 100% to help in a number of areas - with a brilliant tour guide, with the food issue.. with taxi's etc etc. Really good guy and a credit to the hotel. A nice place, but really should have noted that certain facilities were closed, but we enjoyed our stay in any case.

CanadaI recently stayed at Hilton Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel's facilities are in a deplorable state, showing clear signs of neglect and lack of maintenance. The bathroom was a particular disappointment. Not only was it unclean, but it also had a significant leakage problem. The water seeped through the ceiling and walls, leaving the entire area damp and musty. The fixtures were rusted and stained, and there was a foul odor that made it almost unbearable to use. It's alarming that a hotel of Hilton's reputation would allow such conditions to persist. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. The carpets were stained, and the furniture looked worn out and outdated. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the basic cleaning requirements. I had high expectations for my stay at Hilton, but the outdated facilities, unclean bathroom, and general lack of attention to detail have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

GermanyRooms were old, where smoking was allowed in the past, which was very apparent by smell. The staff was very friendly but hardly spoke any English. My safe was defect I tried to have it looked at but nobody turned up after saying they would.

NorwayIt is somehow difficult to communicate with the staff when you do not know Chinese. However the staff is very eager to help you.
It is close to the river. Very nice view. Can easily take a taxi/Didi to the closest bus or metro station (about 2-3km), which is not expensive at all.
