Beautiful private beach. Swimming pools were clean and grounds perfectly maintained. Breakfast was also of a good quality. Staff spoke enough English and were very helpful.

Germanythe breakfast buffet had good Chinese and western food but it gets very noise inside. always tried to get a table outside to reduce this stress factor. „ocean view“ rooms can have no ocean view like ours, hotel says it’s just ocean side… long waiting times at the reception and 45min for a club sandwich.

ChinaDinner menu, personals and pizza was terrible!!!! We waited pizza margarita 55 min!!! and when they bring it, pizza was with ice cold tomatoes and super poor cheese! It incredible, how could hotel 5 star cooked freeze pizza 55 min! pizza taste was like a fast food! we are suuuuper disappointed! (best pizza at hotel next hotel;)

ChinaCould do better with evening family friendly activities in the hotel and or the the beach and poolside, which the neighbouring hotel resorts offered. There was plenty of options for breakfast and dinner but they were highly Chinese orientated. The western options could be better.
Nice location, with good choice of eating location at the resort. Such as the beach, poolside and within the hotel. Get the reception staff on WeChat and asked to be notified on benefits, events and things to do will make your stay much more enjoyable. Also the beachside BBQ is the hotels best offering for dinner nights (3 times a week) and it is the most expensive. The hotpot nights for dinner should be avoided during the summer, instead spend your money at the other resorts dinner offerings.

United StatesCheck in took about 20 minutes as there was a long line and only one person checking in guests. The breakfast area got so crowded after the first 45 minutes that there was a line up the staircase just to get a seat. The price of the food was very high for the average quality. The pool water was so warm that it wasn’t refreshing in the July heat.
Lots of pools to choose from. Room with ocean view was lovely. The beach access was convenient.

IndiaImagine walking into the western restaurant and none of the staff speaks English. It took us 10 minutes to get just salt and pepper. Western restaurant needs to be upgraded with better food and more professional staff.
The location of the hotel is amazing. Its right on Yalong bay which is the best beach in Sanya. Great property with lots of trees and amazing swimming pools. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the mattress in the room is awesome. The evening buffet and bbq is also nice with the live band.

ChinaService was just OK for the most part, except at the pool bar where it was poor and there were very few of the menu choices on offer. Rooms were not cleaned properly every day, there is no English TV channels and so take your own viewing options and there is very little restaurant choice in the hotel, beyond the buffet type set up. But the biggest downer is the heat of the pool water - it is way too hot all day and just not comfortable for a beach resort in summer.
Room was comfortable enough and spacious, breakfast food was fine and the staff in that particular restaurant were working very hard indeed! Beach is gorgeous!

Hong KongCustomer service, pickup from the airport (only 6 seats car?!?!), if you order cold water they serve you hot water and after that they just add ice in the hot water, they don’t exchange currency (unless it’s USD), food selection at menu is limited, personnel only speak Chinese, no facilities at the beach, at the check-in no one explains to you how the hotel functions and where are the facilities.
Nothing: the worst experience in hotel in my entire life.

The Hotel is nice but the staff is rude and the manager acted completely wrong. He lied to us about many things and one day he said that we could not go out cause the rain. I cannot understand how he got that job. Do not go to this HOTEL!!!!!

United KingdomThe beach was under day and night construction with large and loud construction machinery and ships pumping sand 24/7. This was despite the hotel telling us in advance it would not be. Rude and combative front desk manager. He was sarcastic, condescending and rude to my wife as we were leaving for simply and politely asking what an unexplained charge was. He instantly apologised when we expressed shock and displeasure with his way of talking which suggests he knew his wrong, but a hotel shouldn't be managed by someone who works dictated by their mood.
The access to the beach was good. Lots of pool choices. Better for families as the hotel is clearly designed towards families with lots of kids events and areas.
