Nicely and modernly decorated room. Breakfast was nice. Superb laundry facilities. Location cannot be better: few steps from the Bell Tower and surrounding commercial area, and within walking distance from the Walls.

Hotel was in a great location next to the Bell Tower. Hotel about 12 minute walk from the subway/metro station. Airport bus dropped off right outside the hotel - NOTE - Google maps has the hotel in the wrong location. Breakfast good. Lots of free bottled water - nice and handy. Felt safe at hotel and in the area. Used Didi for trip to and from Terracotta Warriors - about 75 yuan each way. Hotel about 10 minutes walk to the Drum Tower and the markets behind it. No English TV/movie channels - just in Chinese. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. 7-11 close by.

Good location but the rooms were noisy. There’s a disco bar near the hotel that makes lots of noise until 3am. The breakfast was good but could be improved to have more western food options (ex. Diferent types of bread, granola,..)

Our toilet bowl was badly choked in our first 2 nights stay and we need to change room causing a lot of inconvenience.

My brother left his handphone in the didi taxi, the front office Mr Kevin Han is exceptional helpful and professional in his service when handling the situation promptly to help us trace the didi driver to get back the phone within an hour.

The window was looking into another building, could hear the laundry from the room. Breakfast had limited Chinese food choices. But overall, a decent stay for the cost.

Excellent location near everything in Xian. Comfortable beds and everything usual was available. Staff were good and everything was nearby.

My only complaint is no pool, but that is only because I have two children that love swimming. Aside from that I have no complaints.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, especially the great food options at night. It is also nestled into the historical attractions of Xi'An. The buffet style breatfast was among the best I have ever had... great variety and quality.

The room was a little small. Rooms below the 4th floor are very noisy because of the night club nearby. Make sure to ask for a room on a high floor.

However, the cleanliness could be improved, and it can be quite noisy during the night. If the windows would be better sealed, this wouldn’t be a problem.

The accommodation is in an excellent location — within walking distance of all major attractions, and also very easy to reach by metro from both the train station and the airport. Even the Terracotta Warriors are accessible via public transport (metro and bus) from the hotel. The breakfast is nice, though a bit limited, and overall the hotel offers great value for money.

The iron facilities are located in a common area and it was inconvenient to carry your clothes to iron to a different floor. Breakfast had limited vegetarian/vegan options.

The location is quite central and there is a nice grocery shop right opposite the Hotel entrance. If you prefer vegetarian or vegan food then there is an Indian restaurant called Amber Palace in Zhongda International Building at a walking distance.
