Suzhou is so beautiful, and these apart-hotel rooms are such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Rooms are huge, well equipped, and fantastic value for money! Walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, and opposite a huge mall. Located merely metres from the metro station. Reception staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast was good and there is also a beautiful garden in the centre of the hotel. This was one of my favourite places to stay in all of China, and I will definitely stay again during my next visit.

Excellent location near Shantang and Lingering Garden. Opposite CC Mall. Top notch modern facilities. Gym, pool, good breakfast with fresh noodles and fruits as well as some western items. The hotel just opened a year ago so everything is new, clean and modern. Flats are generously sized. High quality washer dryers are in each room which are very helpful. Beds are very comfortable. High end branded washing products and house slippers. While the accommodation is excellent, the best thing of all is the staff. All the staff we encountered during our stay (like Adrian) were very helpful and accommodating. We could have a late check out, shower after checking out. They helped with all our requests even though the hotel was very busy. Will be back! My family and I (from Australia, England and Malaysia) really enjoyed our first time in Suzhou.

There is a beautiful garden inside the property. There is also washing machine inside the apartment and we were able to get our clothes washed and dried during the trip.

Took us a while to locate the restaurant.

I absolutely loved their service and the hospitality they provided. I felt as though it was a home away from home. The entire staff member made my experience there so much more lovely and really went beyond the usual routine to ensure maximum comfort and assisted with anything possible but without feeling as if it was pushed to be done. I had packages that were missing and the staff tried to contact the personnel so many times for me, for that I am extremely thankful! I also liked the touch of using WeChat to communicate instead of having to call the front office or different departments all the time. Not to mention the adorable little robot who brings our delivery up to us and saved us from walking downstairs. The staff members, when they found out i was preparing for my wedding also sent their well wishes and gifts for me. I have been left speechless and it makes me want to come back to suzhou so much just to enjoy this all over again. Thank you so so much for everything!!!

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this place!! Enjoy the beautiful experience and also free traditional outfit experiences for all ages! It is suitable for both short and long stay guests!! Very cozy and spacious as well. Beyond value for money and deserves all kinds of praises they can get! I hope this will never change!

Comfortable, clean, quiet , spacious with good air conditioning apartment for two people. Excellent Japanese toilet. Near metro station. Friendly & polite receptionists - the nice looking guy who checked us in and the beautiful lady who gave us advice where to eat squirrel fish in good restaurants. THANK YOU.

The cups in the kitchen look desperate. No kitchen towels or serviette to dry hands in the kitchen (How do locals dry their hands after washing in the sink?) No comfortable seats in the hotel garden but ok just stood there for a few minutes and go.

Super place! The room is huge and the beds are very comfortable. It is located right across a big mall, right next to the metro, and 15’ minutes walk to old town. The spa opens until 24:00 which was awesome! Highly recommend

Breakfast is good, very local. Noodle soup, breads and pastries, baozi etc The staff are amazing, very friendly and supportive. The location is great, facilities like pool and gym are very good

the rooms soundproofing isnt great, but it didnt affect the stay at all.

It’s new and have great facilities.

The shower door isn’t tight, so water came out into the toilet area. Not a big problem but was a bit inconvenient to clean up afterwards.

Very modern hotel close to a metro station, shopping malls and restaurants. I was given a room upgrade which was a very comfortable and modern suite. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The reception staff speak English.

The hotel apparently only has a Chinese name, written in Chinese characters. This may be a bit difficult to handle if you don't know the language.

Yr property room is clean,well-located and fully equipped with individual washing machine which helps. The private garden in the property also gives the guests great experience in photo-taking in the premises. Would recommend mini tube of skin lotion could be provided to guests in the room. Also regret to feedback that the wi-fi in the guest room is very weak. Meanwhile, we would like to compliment yr front-office staff, named 侯先生who had been very helpful in our course of stay in yr property. We will be back for future trips. Thank you.
