The breakfast was basic and simple, perhaps to provide a little bit more variety.

The location is very near the bus station to Cable Car Station HuangShan. Is just a 5 to 8 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel located in the town where there are lots of food outlets nearby. The restaurant located within the hotel provided nice decent local food. The staff was very friendly, sharing tips and recommended route to hike on the mountain. The best thing is the hotel provided gloves, raincoat as well as hiking sticks free of charge.

Jack was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us to organise transport (pick up and drop off) from Huangshanbei station. He kept our luggage for us when we stayed up the mountain and even planned our walking routes for us. He has made the whole experience easy and pleasurable Thanks Jack

The location is excellent, very close to the bus transport station, right in front of the entrance gate to Huangshan. The staff provide excellent service —truly attentive and thoughtful. Gloves and climbing stick are available without additional charge, very helpful for your journey on mountain. แนะนำครับ recommended!

The entire hotel is very modern and looks newly renovated. They have all the amenities that you would want for a comfortable stay. It is located right next to the bus station for the Yuping cable car. The best thing about the hotel is the service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I even managed to wechat message to make arrangements ahead of time for transportation needs when in the area. I highly recommend Cheng Jin if you are planning to visit Huangshan. Easily the best hotel during this trip!

Location of hotel is only 4 mins away from Huangshan Scenic Area Bus Station. Staffs are super friendly and helpful and patiently explain Huangshan hiking routes. Room is spacious, airly and bright. Washing liquid and bucket are provided in the room for hand wash. Free breakfast comes with heap of variety of foods. Received a welcome packet of the famous Huangshan biscuit (香饼)

The room lacked space for suitcases, towel hooks and maybe small rugs by the bed. The breakfast was also a little more modest, but you could eat it :)

The hotel was very close to the bus station and also to entrance to Huangshan Mountain. The room was just right, it had modern equipment. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows and quilt. A first aid kit was available at the reception, we received free walking sticks and raincoats for the hike. The hotel included a restaurant and food shop. the hotel staff was very willing, helpful and mainly communicated in English, which was a very welcome and pleasant change for us on our vacation in China :)

Everything was better than expected. Big room and big comfy bed. Helpful manager and staff provided necessary gears for hiking free of charge. Location is super excellent. Right next to the bus station transferring people to cable car. Surrounded by local foods, souvenirs and convenient stores.

A great stay here. The location is great, closest hotel to the bus next door. And you can eat with a discount at the restaurant next door, which has amazing food. Prices are good and the taste is great! No need to look further. The hotel itself is also great. The staff is really helpful and friendly, and they can also help you in planning your trip. Jack planned us a 2 day itinerary, covering the whole park. The room was incredible. Clean, equipped with all amenities, even a Japanese toilet (amazing), and modernized. Best hotel room we had in our 3 week trip in China. Even though the room was situated at the front of the hotel on the 3rd floor, the noise didn’t bother us.

The hotel owners are very helpful and friendly, gave us detailed tips on how to plan our hike to huangshan the next day. The hotel is extremely convenient as well, being located just at the entrance to the bus station to get on the mountain. We booked the family room and it was well fitted with smart home devices which made controlling the curtains/aircon/tv super convenient and seamless. Also had dinner at their restaurant and it was super delish! Highly recommend this to all who’re thinking to visit Huangshan!

This hotel is located right outside the Huangshan scenic bus loading station. We can look right down from our hotel windows to see the tourists lining up for the buses so we can better timing of our entrance to minimize the waiting time. Also there are many restaurants right around the hotels. The room is bright, big, and clean. But what impressed us the most was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. They patiently gave us route suggestions, answered our questions, provided raincoats, and kept our luggage while we spent nights up in Huangshan. My husband usually are more critical of the hotels we stayed in the past, but he is the one urging me to write a review for this hotel. He thinks their service tops the services we got at Xihai Hotel and Bai Yuan Hotel on top of Huangshan.

Location is fantastic, right next to the entrance to the scenic area. The staff were very warm, welcoming and thoughtful, gave us tonnes of tips on how to best enjoy the yellow mountains and even a massage gun after we came down! Amenities were very plentiful - they offer everything you could possibly want from a hotel. The room was very comfortable and modern with voice controlled curtains and a very fancy bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. They also offer free rain ponchos and walking sticks to help with the hike.
